Start Weight (188.8lbs) End Weight (163.2 lbs) Total Loss : 25.6 lbs Everytime I lift a 25lb Dumbell I will remember those amazing 42 days at Achievement Fitness at 5.30am Rain, cold. Lost that much but gained new friends Brett A. Riesenhuber, Aaron Firth, Denise Riesenhuber Steven, Victor and 530 gang. I owe it to AFF and the coaches and friends. As our AFF bible says- the path to this is very narrow. Indeed.. it also had so many intersections in the form of 3 Diwali parties, 2 Thanksgiving Cook offs, 2 Bday Parties and Not to mention daily dose of Google Cafes. For a foodie like me- somehow I managed to stay on course, Pushed really hard towards the end. For those who want to embark on this- please check out achievement fitness in San Jose. Brett and His team has got it all figured out. One just has to follow the darn instructions (FTDI) and work hard. Thats our side of the bargain. They help you stay on course and motivate you, encourage you and help you. Brett has some tricks up his sleeve for those who hit plateau. Its not easy but then what is? Thank you very Much AFF I would also like to mention one aspect of the program- which is- In this program we had people who started the program with lots of weight to lose, some started with not a whole lot of weight to lose. I was over weight but probably not obese. General conception is- one loses quickly f you start with obese weight- If you follow Bretts instructions- point on Point - i mean no deviations whatsoever[ No point in cheating as it would come back and kick us in the ass] be honest in the program I think there is every chance to gain what you want to gain out of this program. I made friends with a guy who was Vegetarian, I am a non Vegetarian- At the end of program we both lost >25lbs. We both religiously followed the instructions I am so glad that I took this challenge and so grateful to folks at AFF. Also I normally dont write reviews but this is something I felt from the bottom my heart that I should write honest reviews and my personal opinion on AFF. What sets these guys apart is the environment you walk into. There is ZERO commercial feel to this set up. Its the FAMILY thing. Guys Please stay true to the core of your business, you name- "FAMILY" Shall I say " KEEP THAT CORE TIGHT- LOCK IT IN" :) :) heard this way too many times in 42 days. Great job Brett/Denise/Steven/Jeromy/victor/aaron-the superman- Keep transforming peoples lives My Request to Brett---If you ever come up with 6pks in 6 months- sign me up dude- I am game. I know it would work if I follow your instructions. Figuring out the plan is your headache:) :) I will just follow what you say :P

The team in this place helps you reach your goals. It is straightforward and clear. It is not easy because weight loss is not easy but if you’re willing to make drastic changes in your habits to improve your life then this will work for you. About the free challenge note that depending on your current weight you may need to do more than one 6-week session because you have to reach the target goal. So if you need to loose more than 20lbs then you will have to complete more than one challenge. This program involves daily exercise and a strict food regimen during those 6 weeks. I saw people reach the 20lbs and some who didn’t. It depends on your strict adherence to the plan and also on your body/situation. But still if you follow it you will loose weight and gain fitness, learn how to eat better and have an active life. I joined this challenge with my wife at the end of February 2017. We were both unhappy with our weight and were looking for options, including going to a dietician. But then my wife heard about this program and I was all in because I knew we needed the discipline and accountability that a program like this provides. When we went to the orientation the plan matched my expectations which were diet modification and exercise. So we signed up and got started. We went 6 times a week to the gym, which is a fun, challenging and changing workout with two or more trainers, which includes cardio and weight lifting. They teach you everything and make sure you’re doing it correctly. Later during the challenge my wife got shin splints so they worked around that and gave her options so she would not get hurt but still could get the benefits of exercise. All of the trainers are spectacular people who themselves have good through the challenge to loose weight, so they know what you’re going through. Around week four and dropping about 12lbs our weight stabilized so we had to do a few changes. At then end I did loose 21.4lbs after doing the Tilapia and Asparagus diet for about 5 days and my wife lost almost 18lbs. Apart from the scale reading we also noticed it in our clothes fitting loosely now, our face and belly, and our energy during the day. Now that we have completed it my wife will continue to get her exercise at that gym, I will continue with my goal of muscle gain, we have changed many eating habits and are happy following a healthy and active lifestyle.

I started Achievement Fitness 20 lbs Challenge in 6 weeks on June 1st, 2015. Today July 11, 2015 was my first weigh out. I have lost 22.4 pounds and I feel great. The biggest changes for me is that my clothes are looser and I have been able to get rid of some clothes that have become too big. I am even able to buy those fancy exercise pants for the first time and to jog on a treadmill. Also, I am more confident about myself and I overall feel better. I look forward to working out and it truly has become my new way of life. I have learned from this program what it means to eat the right food to obtain my ultimate goal. I am striving for the ultimate prize, a happier and healthier life. The coaches are awesome Aaron, Victor, Brianna. The encouragement I receive from them and also Brett and Denise Riesenhuber are astronomical to keep motivating and pushing you. I have met wonderful people that are striving for the same goal "to transform themselves". I was a little worried, "Hey, can I do this"? Well, I am doing it and I am very proud of myself ten times over. The journey continues. and I look forward to the future. It truly is the best thing I did for myself in a long time. So, onto the next challenge I go feeling stronger and lighter. August 31, 2015 Well I did it!!!!!!! I successfully finished my second challenge and have lost a total of 46.4 in the challenge. It is just an amazing feeling. Words cant describe it. I worked my f&*%!$ ass off. Getting up at 3:30am and driving 32 miles Monday through Friday. I would not change a thing. I am so damn proud of myself. Now, I start to cry. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank everyone that has encouraged me and the compliments are very much appreciated over the past 12 weeks. I have lost a total of 61 pounds since starting my weight loss program on March 9th.I still have 40 pounds to go and I still feel ready, motivated, determined, energized to lift the hell out of those weights and do more burpees. If you just have 20 pounds to lose, please consider a program like I did. Monday starts a new chapter in my life with a membership at Achievement Fitness. Again, I truly thank everyone for their encouragement and motivation. Now, go do some squats! Thank you to the coaches Brett A. Riesenhuber, Denise Riesenhuber, Victor Cizinauskas, Aaron Firth for your support and encouragement!
