I have used them many times. I am changing my opinion after recent events and disrespect shown to me. They would not price match another company for just twenty dollars less, which is pure greed, and then charged a $30. cancellation fee for just an ESTIMATE when I decided to use the other company! Not only that but also they did not follow my most basic instructions not to send it to pre-flight. Now, it took a WEEK to cancel this stupid estimate, they kept wanting me to talk to the sales manager just for me to cancel, for why I have no idea, and he was never at his desk. It was the worst thing I have ever dealt with as far as customer service. I told them if 30 dollars is worth an upset customer, thats up to them. Well, apparently they do not really care. Mind you, I am still waiting, almost four weeks later for the money back. Also, I had another order printed just before this, and I drove over 40 miles to pick it up. It was not folded as I paid a lot for, and there was nobody at will-call with about three hours left in the work day. I had to lean into the counter and yell for several minutes before someone came. The guy says to me there is no one here today, just my luck. They did deliver it, and folded correctly the following day to their credit, but I wasted hours in traffic, and gas, and everything else with them lately has just been TERRIBLE! I will update my opinion if it ever improves. Signed, a very upset, and good paying repeat business client. UPDATE: I finally got my money back from my canceled order -- it only took 2 months and 4 phone calls!!!

If you have never worked with ColorFx I strongly recommend you do that as you may never go back to any other company for your printing related needs. I’ve been working with ColerFx for over 11 years and I’ve been very happy with their services and the quality if their work and I’ve never been disappointed. Occasionally I try other companies but I end up going back to these guys again. Their customer care is great and you know you are dealing with professionals, and, on top of that, they are very friendly and they treat you as if you are their most valuable customer, no matter how small the job is. They are very detail oriented and have always met my expectations.

Rudest and most incompetent employees we have ever dealt with. Unbelievable! We will not be doing business with these people. And they wont even let you do a press check with them which leads me to believe they dont even print on site or they have REALLY CRAPPY machinery. I was even told the owner of the company is a real a**hole and shady by one of his own employees! Glad we didnt have to deal with him. That was actually pretty funny! However, I feel I have already wasted enough time on them and wont be wasting another second.

ColorFX used to be a great printer for us. For the last couple months our orders have been screwed up left and right. One after another. Orders never being delivered at all, orders that were proofed showing up with major misprints by colorfx. This week one of our orders was given to Fedex or UPS with no address on the shipping label and never arrived in time. Our business has been damaged by unreliable delivery, cant get anyone on the phone to help us most the time.

I have used several printers in the past for various projects, but am thrilled I found ColorFX! From start to finish, I feel like my project gets their personal attention to make sure its great (and it always is!). Even when I had a client have a deadline unexpectedly pushed back, ColorFX went above and beyond making sure they had their finished product in hand ahead of schedule. I look forward to working with them on many more projects in the near future!

Be Ware!! Reena, the Customer Service Manager needs to learn what American Customer Service is! Be careful... if theyre wrong you pay for it, if youre wrong you pay for it. Great prices if you dont mind so-so quality, close to on time finish date, and you can handle a royal Reenaing! Seriously, I spent $20,000 with them this year and was hoping that was enough to develop a good business relationship at the least. Im moving on.

I cant speak for the reviews below but I can say that my experience with ColorFX was completely the opposite. From order, to online chat assistance, I got friendly and knowledgeable service. I started ordering from them about a year ago and have seen consistent quality and hands down the most amazing pricing in the marketing. My recommendation, give them a try and see for yourself.

I have worked with ColorFX for over a year. They give the best customer service I have ever seen. They are fast, friendly and easy to work with. I could go as far as to say they have gone out of their way for me on multiple occasions. I think any one who takes the opportunity to work with them will be impressed with the quality of their product as well.

After dealing with their customer service manager Reena, I have decided never to order with them again. She actually told me she didnt want to waste her time to preflight my files--she lacks experience and character. If anyone can head my advice, go with Printrunner or 4over. Both places offer competitive pricing, shipping, and custom runs.

BAD... 1 STAR WHAT JERKS. Their service staff is terrible. They are rude and nasty. I have never experienced any service like this in my 40 years of using printers. I would not recommend them, it is so sad that the company owners have no idea of how they talk to their customers. Just bad.
