Coach Joe is AWESOME!!!!! Let me start there :) My name is Marti, Im in my 30s, and really needed to kick my workouts up a few notches. I had gotten bored with what I was doing and had reached an insurmountable (so it seemed) plateau. Let me be clear, I wasnt in horrible shape to begin with, but had recently gone on about a 4 month binge of everything super decadent and was not working out nearly enough to keep up with it. More importantly I had recently had a pretty bad back injury that left me with chronic pain and extremely expensive chiropractic bills (which was really just a temporary fix). Most core-related exercises hurt and intimidated me at that point and made me fearful of even trying anything new. In the first month of training with Joe, I lost almost 6 pounds of fat and 4 percent body fat. The definition in my abs was amazing and that was only the beginning! I was finally getting them back and even better, my back was no longer causing me any problems. I mean none at all. Thats all thanks to Joe and his focus on strengthening my core, which I was previously terrified to even try. Needless to say, my chiropractor hasnt seem me since. Looking back, I can see such a huge improvement both physically and emotionally. My stomach is so flat and defined, my clothes fit amazing, and the confidence I feel once again is priceless! Weve all been in the dressing room and not loving what we see (or even being too scared to go in there in the first place). Not anymore! This is now my new "normal", but I love having reminders in the form of the responses I get from my friends and family. I even get asked to show people my stomach and their reactions crack me up! Thanks Coach, love having you in my corner!!!!

JOE IS THE BEST!! Little bit of background...2014, 45 years old 6-0" 250 lbs. 2 years later 2016, 47 years old 168 lbs. During the 18 months of losing that much weight I also lost a lot of muscle. Needing to build muscle and wanting to get more SCULPTED and RIPPED I didnt know where to turn. Being 47 years old, I wanted and needed to make sure that I was doing exercises correctly. (not something easily accomplished on your own). I had started to run but needed more. I needed and wanted to "BULK UP". Years of doing construction work had taken a toll on my body. Specifically the joints. I injured my knee while trying to push too hard during one of my runs. At that time my wife was attending one of Joes Boot Camps. She said I should come try it out. I did and the rest is history. Joe is an expert in what he does. He is able to customize workouts around any injuries and get that area strong again. I am able to run once again on my "off" days (days I am not at Joes). He is a tremendous asset in helping me to build back muscle and getting me that CHISELED look I want. As a father of three teenagers I have a ton more energy than I used to. Now they have to try to keep up with me. Joe has been tremendous in keeping me on track to accomplish the things I want and need to accomplish physically and nutritionally. I have been going to Joe since January 2016. My wife and I now bring our 15 year old (which has helped him tremendously with his strength and speed needed for baseball. For all you men out there - IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT AND CHALLENGING WORKOUT? THIS IS THE PLACE!! JOE WILL WORK YOU AS HARD AS YOU WANT HIM TO.

Joe takes the time to get to know everyone by name and asks how each person is doing. Joe and the staff are always encouraging, never judgmental. They are always pushing you to do more but only what you can handle. There are people of all shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness levels; you never feel like, I shouldnt be in this class because everyone knows what they are doing and are more advanced. If you cant do something or if its too hard they are there to show you alternative methods so that everyones fitness level can be met. The one thing that I love the most is that there is no special equipment needed. Meaning that all of these exercises seem to be designed so that you can do them at home with weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, etc. that can be bought at any store so that you dont feel like you have to go and buy an expensive treadmill, weight system, or all those other things found in a gym in order to get results. Why join Womens Boot Camp Fitness if you can do the exercises at home? Me, I have five kids. I cant find the time or space needed without constantly being interrupted. Besides that, I cant push myself and I dont know if Im doing it correctly. If I dont have someone telling me what to do or encouraging me to try something harder then I wont feel the need to push myself and Ill never get results because Ill only do the minimum necessary so that I wont feel the burn as much which means Im probably not doing it right. But everyone knows, when you feel the burn thats when you know your working hard and thats how you get results. At Womens Boot Camp Fitness, youll feel the burn!

I have been going to the Womens Boot Camp for about a month and a half and I love it! The women there are all such a wonderful group of people and super supportive of each other. Every time I go Im excited to work out and I always leave covered in sweat and feeling better than I did before. The workouts are primarily focused on muscle confusion which I am familiar with since I have done P90X in the past. This form of exercise targets your whole body which means you will get better results in a shorter period of time. The workouts are a little over 50 minutes long and it covers cardio and resistance/strength training. I am very happy with this boot camp. I also like to go to the Kickboxing classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays to switch things up. They too are very fun and intense. I have been an athlete my whole life and this program has helped me get back into the shape I was in high school. Overall, I recommend this program to anyone in any level of fitness. It allows those who are beginners to advance and those who are already in shape to get stronger. Joe is great and really helps you through the process. If you have any questions he is always eager to answer all your questions and give you resources if you need further information. Once you start attending the classes you build friendships with the women there and they keep you motivated. This program is the total package.

Joe is great! I am in my early 30s and I have struggled with losing weight after I had my daughter. I looked around as I was new to the area and I came across Joe. I chose Joe due to the successful results from his current/past clients and that I was able to go to a free one on one training session with him. I enjoyed it a lot. He asked me about my lifestyle, eating habits, and what areas I wanted to work on. He was able to tailor the work out that fit me best, therefore getting great results. He also provided me with a meal plan and tips for healthy eating. He was very motivational and when I felt like I couldnt keep going, he helps me to keep on pushing. After 2 months on personal training 1x a week I was down 15lbs, It felt like a lot more weight as the workouts we did helped to shape my body and I dropped 2 pant sizes. If youre looking for a trainer that will tailor a fitness and diet plan just for you, and take the time to make sure your form is correct, look no further.
