The Good: Lady at the front desk is very nice. The technician handling my car was friendly. The Bad: No calls/updates... I had to call to figure out what was happening. Noticed the following problems there and pointed them out to the technician: -Contaminants/dirt in paint (15+ pointed out) -Paint runs -Peeled paint from under taillight in front of him -Bumper was not blended well -Swirl makes all over -Scratch in spoiler -Clear bumper guard had contaminants underneath When I first arrived, the technician assured me he went over my vehicle "with a fine tooth comb." I found all of those issues within 5 minutes. The technician stated that "most" of my issues would go away within a month or so, and if not, I could bring it back since its under warranty. Also, he stated that the insurance company "doesnt usually cover spoilers." I was annoyed, but I took my car and left without him offering to look over any of my concerns. Upon arriving home, I happened to stumble upon another issue, which lead me to do my own "fine tooth comb" inspection. -Clear coat over spray on my ENTIRE car -Sanded/non clear coated lip on roof of car -Scratched my car logo and put the old one back on/logo not stuck on good -Paint over spray on trunk weatherstrip and front cowl -Scuffs/scratches on side skirt from them getting in/out of my car -Scuffs on my roof... no idea how -Rubbing compound dripped on my speaker... no idea how -Scratches in my trunk liner -License plate light not snapped in/dangling slightly When I find more things wrong, I will update my post. AFTER I called insurance and an estimator came out to look at my car and see everything I claimed, Maaco was willing to take my car back in, but I refuse to let them touch my car again. Not that it should matter, but this was a brand new car with less than 1000 miles on it. My car will be taken to another shop.

Barb at the front desk was very nice, professional, polite and helpful. Mike was my main contact and he was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond in order to help me and make me happy. The hail damage was completely repaired and the paint is outstanding. Lifetime warranty makes it even better and no worries. They estimated 4-6 weeks and I had my truck back in 3 weeks. Granted, I think I was lucky with some parts being available for my 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie. Either way, I had no issues at all and am very happy with this location and my experience with them. Update: I had to take my truck back to them a couple days after I got it back because someone tried to trick me. I had passengers in my truck at lunch one day when the drivers side passenger said the seat belt fastener came out from under the seat. It was never bolted back down, but they set it there to make it look like it was. Had I not had any passengers, Id never have known and had we not found out as quickly as I did, it could have been very bad if I had an accident and someone in that seat. Mike was very prompt in repairing it and apologized. Now we have to take my wifes Subaru back because after this last snow, she took her car to the car wash only to find her sun roof leaks. Just wonderful. I havent done that in my truck yet. I took 2 stars away for the last 2 incidents. I pray nothing else goes wrong. Jan 14th, 2017 - VERY IRRITATED! Now we have to take my wifes Outback to them AGAIN for the SAME problem of something near the sunroof leaking after they said it was her ski rack before. Minus 1 more star for this and they better get it right this time or Im seeking legal advice.

UH OH I WENT TO maaco for a minor bumper replacement and quarter panel repair. Sixteen days later when I picked up my car I couldnt see out of the windows, they were covered in overspray. Took it back, they washed it . After they washed it I spent 45 minutes with a razor blade scraping the windows. NOT ACCEPTABLE Out of the 5 screws that were replaced 4 were wrong and didnt match. HIDEOUS!!! They took parts off another CUSTOMERS vehicle as I watched and waited to rectify that situation. This was a brand new vehicle with 5,500 miles. Maaco turned it into a POS. Found a plug in my cup holder, they reinstalled it. Two weeks later my car started filling up with DIRT and I could hear the bumper knocking. This happened twice and I have hours cleaning because of theyre incompetence. There were 2 plugs and now there are none. They kept my car for 8 days instead of 2. At which time my odometer had an additional 68 miles on it. LONG STORY over the past 5.5 months I took my car in for the 9th time to have the bumper fixed and they are alleging I "backed over dubre" and voided my warranty for their bumper repairs. I BACKED OVER NOTHING. Maybe whom ever they let drive my car backed over something. Took my car to another body shop, and they replaced a part that was damaged in the original accident that Maaco did not replace even though the insurance had paid them to replace. OH DID I MENTION THAT MY CAR WAS PARKED AND HIT BY A CO WORKER......Thanks to ANOTHER BODY SHOP my car is finally stable but still a POS cause of the overspray. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND DO NOT USE maaco

Do Not Use!! Took my truck in this week to have the rear panel and tailgate painted, and the bushings on my driver door replaced. The quote was $127 for the bushings parts and labor, and $409 for the paint, labor and decals. Dropped if off Wednesday morning and received a call Friday that there was some sort of mysterious silicone contaminate that was preventing the base coat from laying out. He recommended that they strip all the paint for an extra $500, and leave it there another 5 days. I declined, when I arrived I was greeted by the rude receptionist and told to wait, after 1hour and 30minutes Joe came out to show me my truck. The primer was pocked and bubbling, without decals or the pin stripes... in worse shape than when I dropped it off. He wanted to charge me $303 for the work or I couldnt take my truck. I paid and left. Do not use them! Situations arise like this and I understand that, but how they deal with the situation is what is important. If they would have just charged me fo rthe work done on my doorI would not be upset with them. Joe not being willing to fix the problem and deal with me with integrity and give me a reasonable price is the reason I am giving them 1 star. Buyers beware!
