I wish I could give Orange Theory Fitness in Colorado Springs 10 stars! From the people who work there to the actual workout itself, this location is just all around FANTASTIC! The team working the desk are incredibly kind and helpful and will do whatever they can to ensure you have a great experience. I think of it like the “Cheers” of gyms … they always know your name and it’s a fun place to go! And the coaches at this location are SUPERB! They are extremely personable, outgoing, motivating and continually push you to do your best! One thing I really enjoy is that each day is a completely different workout. This keeps it fun yet challenging and always makes the workout enjoyable. From running, weights, TRX or rowing, OT workouts have it all! The coaches are also great about watching and helping with proper form and will always tailor a workout to help anyone with injuries or limitations. This workout is for everyone! Hands down … the best gym I’ve ever been to!!!

Ive been to quite a few gyms and completed quite a few training programs, but maintaining regularity and motivation has always been a problem. With my job, I have to go to the gym before work and convincing myself to get up at 0400 isnt easy. OTF charges you $10 for each class you sign up for but dont attend. This might sound crazy, but it gets me out of bed in the morning. OTF has a wide variety of class times with classes varying every day. The classes are always challenging but I dont feel exhausted at work all day after completing a workout like I did with other programs. All the trainers are upbeat and provide personalized attention, without "calling you out" and embarrassing you in front of the group. The classes are really easy to modify to your own fitness level, so everyone can fully participate and still feel as though they are getting their moneys worth. The class packages are expensive, but honestly worth it. The results Ive seen after just two weeks are incredible.

Well, I have been going here since it opened over a year ago, and I can honestly tell you it has changed my life immensely. The workouts are by far the best ! You get a heart rate monitor that shows you exactly how your body is responding to each group of workouts in the one hour youre there. Not only do you feel good, you definitely see results within the first couple of weeks. This is not just orange theory fitness this is so much more. You develop a relationship with the staff and especially the trainers! Because they want you to obviously succeed and get the best workout ever, they keep in touch with you and motivate you to keep going. I was going to cancel due to finances. But the more I talk to the head trainer Kelley, I realize this is truly what I need. Its literally around $3 a day. I absolutely positively recommend this place to any and everyone. Its not just a fitness studio its a whole lot more!! :-)

I love OTF Stetson Hills!!! I have been to a few other OTF studios and by far this one is my favorite! I was definitely not the type who enjoyed working out...that was until I started OTF Stetson Hills!!! You get a full body workout every time you go. The trainers are fully invested in your fitness journey with you, they bring the fire every time!! The staff are amazing, they take care of your every need and keep you motivated!! I look forward to working out and getting in there its definitely like a small family, the atmosphere is exciting and electric! We cheer each other on, give high fives all around even when we are exhausted! OTF definitely has changed my life, I am the most fit and healthy I have ever been...and a proud member of the gains train! OTF Junkie for life! Best trainers and workout on earth!!

The first day I walked into Orangetheory I was significantly overweight, depressed and lacked self confidence. I was afraid that I wouldnt fit in or be able to complete the workout. What I found was a versatile workout that meets the needs of those starting their fitness journey to those who are already fit. I found that the members, staff, and coaches are caring and motivating. I never once felt out of place or looked down upon. I have lost over 35 pounds while gaining physical strength, and self confidence. My depression is gone and has been replaced with a positive outlook on life. My husband recently joined Orangetheory and we have an awesome time working out together. I still have a long road ahead before I meet my fitness goals, but I know I will enjoy the journey with my Orangetheory family.

Orangetheory is the best workout Ive even done. It started over a year ago and I cant get enough of it. I like that it hits both cardio and strength training in an interval training format. What makes it the go to workout for me, though, are the trainers. All the guesswork is taken out of working out. While they tell you what to do, the effort level is up to you and you can go at the pace that is best suited to your current fitness level (or how you are feeling that day). They also encourage you to push harder than you otherwise might. In addition to improving my overall health and fitness, being a cycling nut, Orangetheory has improved my speed, power and endurance in the three cycling disciplines I ride: gravel-grinding, trail, and downhill. If you do this, you wont regret it!

My girlfriend went to a free class to check it out. At the beginning she was given a heart rate monitor to use and really enjoyed the class so she decided to sign up for 8 classes for $99 which is a really fair price. After she picked out a schedule, filled out a bunch of paper work and gave her debit card info the lady helping her said "you will also need to buy a heart rate monitor to participate in the classes, its an extra $79". Paying an extra $79 isnt that big of a deal but the fact that they try to sneak it in at the end just kinda seems like a sleazy sales tactic. Anyway, I suppose it doesnt really matter because my girlfriend still signed up and is really enjoying the classes.

I am currently a student and initially I was not sure if I could afford OTF and work it around my busy school and work schedule. But I signed up for twice a week and was able to fit the cost into my student budget. It is an amazing affordable workout that kicks your booty in a good way and makes you leave being eager for your next class. Sometimes I would go over my 2 times a week because I loved it so much and just craved the amazing workouts. I was already a fit person when I joined but I still saw changes in my cardiovascular endurance. After just a few weeks I was increasing my speeds! I recommend this to all my friends on a weekly basis! Come try it! Your first workout is free!

The atmosphere at Orangetheory Fitness is unlike any other I have experienced! The staff and members are like a family--always encouraging each other and supporting fitness and life goals. It is a fun and welcoming environment that actually provides real results. The front desk staff knows each members name and works hard to ensure the studio is clean and your needs are met. The coaches will push you harder than you would push yourself, but they are also experts and can provide options should you have personal limitations in any of the workouts. It can seem intimidating at your first class, but trust that you will be well cared for at Orangetheory Fitness Colorado Springs.
