My wife and I have been in the market for a few months for a new Air Conditioner for our home, after meeting with 3 Air Conditioning contractors we chose Wright Total Indoor Comfort because my wife and I felt very comfortable with the salesman who came out who was very knowledgable when it came to my home and what would best suit us and our home when it came to a new Air Conditioner. Tim the salesman walked my wife and I through everything explaining in detail of what he recommended and why. My wife and I felt that Wright was the company to choose for a New Air Condtioner due to comfortability with the salesmans presence, how knowledgable he was and we felt that they were priced very reasonably. We have recommended Wright Total Indoor Comfort to all of our friends and family when it comes to their Central Heating and Air Conditioning for their homes.

I was told by their receptionist that they not only install but also service Rinnai tankless water heat systems. When the technician arrived and I described what my unit was doing he spent half of his time trying to build a tool he needed that helped hook the unit up to a gauge, the rest of the time on the phone with Rinnai trying to diagnose and solve the problem. After 2.5 hours he said that the next steps they were asking him to do would take too much time and the he would need to reschedule. The estimate for the repair was around $700 when he returns and his bill was $235 for an incomplete job and unresolved problem. I called and asked for the manager to see if we could somewhat negotiate the charge. On their website they advertise "100% right or 100% free." He has not returned my repeated phone messages.

We purchased an 4,200.00 AC unit 5 years ago from Wright Total Indoor Comfort. Upon doing a furnace check last fall they discovered that the AC unit had flooded the electronics on the furnace and it was deemed unreliable so they replaced it with another 4,200.00 appliance. Then when doing the AC check this spring they determined that there was low refrigerant so they scheduled a leak check that was a 20 min job and costed 261.00. After finding the leak and determining it was a warranty repair job they charged us 678.00 to replace the faulty part which probably caused the furnace to be ruined. I called twice to see if they couldnt lower the replacement job price but no one ever returned my call. So I guess their work isnt really 100 % right or 100% free like advertised. Very unhappy with this company!!

I had an appointment to have a representative come out today, Saturday. They were to provide a price quote on installing an A/C system to my house. 15 minutes after the appointment time, I called to find out where my guy is at. The answering service was very polite, and patched me through to the on call technician. The technician was the very opposite of polite. He acted like I was inconveniencing him, first. Second, he started in on a tirade about not making appointments in Saturday, what the prices would be, etc. I had to interrupt him to get a word in. I told him that he needed to slow down and let me answer his questions. His response was to laugh at me. I hung up. Im never working with Wright again.

Wright installed my air conditioning unit last July. There was a furnace already in the house that Nathan had installed. Nathan and Jeremy came back and did the air install. The area they had to work in was extremely small and they made it fit and even look like it had been there all along. They were very personable and informative, answered all of our questions confidently. They did their job with a smile on their faces and made sure we were satisfied with the job before they left. They left the job site spotless and even called a few days later to make sure everything was working to our liking.

I called Shawn Gayle at Wright Total Indoor Comfort, Shawn understood precisely what I needed and my need to keep costs down. He and his technicians were honest, truthful, personable and truly wanted to help someone in need of help. The cost was by far much lower than any other estimate and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I was greatly inspired to find that there are still companies that can see a true need and are ready to help.

Technician came out and said my unit would cost over $600 to charge and would probably just leak out and basically implied I needed a new unit. For 4 days in the heat wave we went without air conditioning. I finally got a second opinion and the unit was fixed by another company for $185. I contacted the manager who gave me my money back. NEVER use this company. I feel the technician lied to me to get a commission.

Called to get furnace and AC serviced. Tech showed up on time and was very helpful and knowledgable. He recommended waiting until spring to service the AC. Nice to have someone that doesnt want you to pay for something that you dont need to right now. Will use them again! Thank you for the great service!

Very professional, extremely clean. The guys installing even went the extra mile and dug out a dead bush and leveled a spot that was best for the new air conditioner. They were very courteous and quiet and almost un-noticeable as they worked. I greatly appreciated their professionalism

Watched unit 302 pull into drive way and then quickly reverse as a semi was approaching. The driver of unit 302 did not stop or anything, continued to back out in front of semi. It was terrible driving and unprofessional.

Never use this company they have a four hour window to wait in a technician. I had them schedule and they never showed for the appointment. Save your time and money find a reliable company.
