Lost my floor mats, never replaced. I went in to have a full detail of my 3/4 Dodge Ram. It needed some work since I had been running it around on a farm for about 6 years. They didnt try to up - charge me and in the end the job that was done was okay at best. Elbow grease people! What ruined the experience was the fact that they LOST all of my floor mats. The manager looked for them for about 20 minutes to no avail. He offered to replace the floor mats immediately with either some that they had in the store or by ordering a factory set. I chose the latter due to the lack of selection for a bigger pick-up. This was all well and good and I can understand that things like this happen, so as long as I had replacement mats it was water under the bridge to me. The problem arose when they called to let me know the mats arrived. I went to pick them up and they were the wrong color. No problem I thought, they can just get them in the right color. When the manager and I went to reorder the owner got involved and was adamant that they were the correct color. When we put them in my vehicle and the mats (black) didnt match was because the carpet (tan) had faded. I told the owner to reorder the mats in the correct color. I went back 2 weeks and a month later and nothing had been done. Use this place at the risk of your cars floor mats.

Its no surprise that this place won the best detailing award from Channel 7 this year. My car was gross after the huge snow storm. The car was dirty inside from my 3 boys and outside from cars splashing dirty snow on it. It was 20F in Denver but I needed to get it done ASAP so I could deliver this car to the buyer. This place deserves a thousand stars for the convenience it provides. It was the only place that answered the phone when I called around. Its detail shop was opened in this weather. Absolutely love that I could drop off my car in the morning without a ride. Shirley took me home while my car was in the shop. Most importantly, Johny and his crew did a great job and saved the day. I indeed delivered my car in that same night. If the vehicle needs some touchup since the road was still snowy, it will go back to Johny and his team the next day. One final note, there are two fancy cars in the detailing shop while I picked up my car. Magic Rabbit details vehicle for dealership too. Im sure this is fairly typical - but dont let that scare you off...my car was a 2005 Chevy Equinox full of dog hair and strewn with all sorts of food particles from my kids eating in her car seat. It felt so great that the same people who worked on those fancy cars also worked on me too....

I called on Friday for a quote to shampoo my front seat of the F150. I was quoted $25 for just the front seat and then another person came on the line and quoted $44.99 for both the front and back (couldnt separate). When I arrived on Saturday, the service writer told me it would be $60 for the front seat. He said that he didnt know my seats were so big when he quoted $25. Really?! A F150 seats are standard. I didnt have any unusual stains, just wanted them clean. I can still tell there are areas that they didnt shampoo too. My receipts shows that he charged me for shampooing my carpet, which wasnt the case. I called for a quote today at your Parker location and was quoted $45 to shampoo the front and back seat of a F150. I feel like I was scammed! Secondly I paid for the $32.95 car wash and I didnt get what I paid for. They didnt clean the cup holder, there is no fragrance, the floors were still dirty and the interior gloss was missing in spots. There were spots on my car where they didnt dry it. This business came recommended, and I dont see how. Im very disappointed that I paid $90 plus dollars for shoddy work.

A long winded review is not needed. My wife took our SUV to be washed. End result after $25, not good. Took the car back the next day and the guy at check-in could give a rip. Show him the areas missed inside and out. RAINCHECK... outside wash only. Wrote "RC" on my receipt and threw the receipt at me and turned his back on me. No exaggeration. The cashier inside apologies for the little Filipino guy at check-in (her description). Yep, thats him. A-HOLE! Manager approaches me and agrees to rewash and redo the $25 wash. Manager personally wipes the car down after the wash. Unbelievable.... still muddy around the windows, trim pieces, bumper. I swear, Im not that picky. Manager was really nice about the situation but I paid for a service and the service frankly sucked. Attitude and wash service. Ill never go back. BTW.... couldnt help to notice the ripped awnings and how dirty the overall condition of the facility was. The place looked like and people acted like a perfect episode for the MSNBC show "The Profit." This place needs some help.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Had a gift cert for $200 for a complete detail (which is what they quoted my husband when he bought it) They then said it was $240 for the complete detail. When I returned to pick my car up the had not cleaned off the front of the car with bugs. There were bugs still all over the front grill and side mirrors. They also had not cleaned the side of the car where tar had splattered on it. When I looked the car over and brought this to their attention the woman blamed me for not telling them about the areas that needed cleaning. You would think that a complete detail meant ACTUALLY cleaning the vehicle. So the guys came to clean the car and used a scratch pad that is used for dirty dishes. I asked them not to use that because it will scratch the paint and clear bra on the car. They said it will be fine and ignored me. This list goes on and on, but the bottom line is do not take your vehicle to this business. THEY DO EXTREMELY POOR WORK, HAVE LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A DISHONEST PRACTICE!

I will try to make this short, but it is a very important post! Recently, we had our vehicle detailed here, and I went inside to wait. I was browsing in the little gift shop and decided to purchase a mug for my son. I accidentally left my wallet there, and I didnt realize it until after the shop was closed. I had over $1500 in cash in the wallet, which the attendant could have easily taken and said that someone else waiting for their car to be washed must have taken it. But NO! He very carefully packaged it in a plastic bag and left it to be claimed. When I frantically called, a manager (Shirley) of several of these stores came to that location, found the wallet, and waited until we got there to pick it up, which was nearly half an hour. She would not take a reward, but I did leave one for the attendant. I am thankful for honest people! I wanted to give this establishment, their manager, and this cashier a special THANK YOU!
