The first 2 times we used this mechanic the customer service was great! Even though the prices were a bit high, I have no problem paying a little more for good service (since that is really hard to find these days). The third time I took my vehicle here, we received less than expected service and pricing. The vehicle did not want to start and it was suspected there was a fuel pressure problem (this is what I was told by their mechanic who checked on my vehicle when it was not starting). Once the vehicle was towed to their shop, I was told the vehicle started with no issues and all diagnostics came back fine. They wanted to keep the car over night to see if they could duplicate the problem the next day. Again, they were not able to find any issues. At that time, and after speaking to a few other mechanically inclined people, we asked that they quote me to change the fuel filter. We were then told that they do not want to start replacing things just because. Again, I asked them to give us a quote. I am willing to start on the possible problem with the least cost and go from there; fuel issue-start with replacing the filter. Upon receiving the call back, the quote to change a fuel filter was $170+. I decided to contact a local auto parts store and the the filter costs $12.99. I know that businesses will increase the part cost, but when I asked how much it was for the labor I was told $118 an hour! At this time, I decided to not have them replace the fuel filter. If you like to be price gouged, then this place is perfect! If you want a fair price for your repairs, I suggest finding another shop! I have since had my fuel filter replaced. Cost of part: $12.99 Time to change and test drive the vehicle: 20 minutes. Guess what, car is running much better! I do not know if this solved my intermittent problem, but at least I can notice a significant improvement in how the car is operating. So either this company was going to charge me way more than the time it took to replace the fuel filter (20 minutes=$40) or they upped the charge on the fuel filter to $140...either way, that is not fair or good business practice. I can fully support great service, but I cannot support a company that will over charge for their services!

We brought our (new to us) Van in because of a flat tire. Since the previous owner had cheap 215 Fuzion front tires and 225 were recommended, we asked them to replace them with 225s. And because we needed to go on a road trip, we had it inspected with oil change etc. They said they noticed a leak that would cause the engine to overheat and recommended replacement of several parts. Our estimate quickly went from $300 to $600 for something we weren’t sure we really needed but felt we had to do since we were leaving town. A good week later we noticed one of the rear tires loosing air. Thats when we noticed that the rear tires were the cheap 215 Fuzion they were supposed to replace. So they removed our good Michelin 225 Tires on the rear and replaced them with the old ones from the front. Nothing was ever mentioned to us regarding removing the Michelin tires and we told Chad before we left the car with them that ALL tires needed to be 225s. Not only did they not admit to doing anything wrong, they also didn’t offer anything toward making it right. They did offer to put the old tires on. However, after they had been sitting there for over a week, we do not know what happened or what they could have done to them. We lost complete confidence and trust in them. We will never leave our cars with them again. Oh and on top of it all, the board computer now says that we need to do an oil change (Which they said they did). Did They?

I started coming here after I became VERY certain that another place in Cape Coral had purposefully done damage to my car (dont know their name, but its the oil and lube place on Cape Coral Parkway that advertises a 10 minute oil change. After 30 minutes, the tech came in telling me my drain plug was stripped and he could fix it for $20. Another establishment told me it looked like someone had beaten the head of my drain plug with a hammer). Premier is very transparent. They tell you exactly what they are doing and why. On Saturday 12/3/16, my car had a systemic electrical failure and had to be towed to Premier. Premier assessed the damage and told us what had gone wrong, and knocked the repair out of the park. They repaired the tensioner, idle assembly, alternator, Serpentine belt, and AC compressor, all things that I am now aware contributed to my car sounding like a supercharged leaf blower. My car now sounds like.... Nothing. Its silent. It drives like a totally different, brand new car. They threw in an oil change, because they said they werent about to call and add another expense to an already large bill. Barbara and Chad were incredibly nice and a pleasure to deal with. Personally, I wouldnt trust my car to anyone else in the Cape. They made a forever customer out of me. The fact that the shop is literally a block from my house is helpful too. I can drop off with them, and be home in 2 minutes. Thanks Premier!

I took my 04 Lincoln Navigator in for an estimate since the air suspension was tipping in the front on occasion. When we were quoted for a price of $2400.00 to fix, we asked for an explanation and were told that they couldnt find the parts so only way to fix was to switch from air suspension to non-air suspension, citing that if they replaced the front sensors - then they would have to replace the rear sensors as well as the compressor (which doesnt make sense if theyre converting to non-air suspension... Mind you - we have a switch in the back (factory installed) that we could just turn off the air suspension. We didnt even go into that, because the quote that they gave us included an Oil Change, new hydraulic raisers for the hood, new struts, and a laundry list of other things we didnt ask for or about when we dropped the vehicle off. This place is apparently price-gouging. I asked for a list of parts that we need or that they couldnt find and they clammed up/backpeddled. I read the other reviews prior to going here and I didnt believe the bad ones.. now Im a believer. Dont waste your time unless you have money to burn at this place.

Very nice people. However, like any business they are out to make money. I was brought back a list of things that ahem "need to be done on my car." One of them was obviously BS! They said that I needed an alignment done. Little did they know, I had an alignment done done two weeks ago. I called them out on it and they backtracked to saying that they could tell by my tires, even though my tires were replaced 5000 miles ago. They didnt actually check to see if I needed an alignment; they simply just assumed. And they also said that my timing belt needs to be changed. When I asked them why, they said its because they couldnt find a sticker saying when it was last done. Its not as if they looked at the belt and said oh yeah this needs to be changed; they simply assumed. I didnt have a diagnosis done, but a place should not be claiming that you need expensive work done unless they are actually positive that you need it. Bottom line, this place may try to sell you services that your car simply does not need. I might come back, but Im not sure if I really trust them.
