Finnys Complete Auto Repair Shop has always been my choice to take both of my vehicles since I discovered the quality of work and service he has done on both of my vehicles one a 2008 528I BMW and a 1999 Mazda Millennia S for the past several years. I used to take my vehicles to the dealership because the name, brand and quality you would normally expect from your local dealerships but instead you experience and confusing and complicated invoice bill with an over rated expensive bill for basic common repairs. Finnys Auto Repair has always honor his parts and labor regardless because his business is based on pride and quality from his customers. He business is built on word of mouth from others good satisfied customers! I admit you cant always please every customers but Finnys Complete Auto Repair Shop pride on customer satisfaction first and far most! I truly feel like this business rely on it customers service of quality to stay in business like most more well known business alike for example: BMW, Lexus, Mercedes dealerships for mostly all high end vehicles that are very expensive to service and complex to repaired when you have a problem not along very expensive for repairs. For me he is considered like family, someone that you Love, Respect, and Trust your vehicle is done right first time at a affordable price!!!

What a blessing to have been recommended this shop. My fiance was at Ft. Knox for some training and drove out there from WV, while there she said her service light came on her BMW and the next day it wouldnt start. We had it towed to Finnys late in the afternoon and the next day he gave me a run down of what was wrong. The battery was dead so it needed to be programmed, the oil filter had cracked and so there was an oil leak and oil got all over the place, the brake light was also on and the vehicle needed front and rear brakes, along with a brake flush, a new serpentine belt, idler tensioner, oil change, and a new gasket for a bracket. I was expecting to hear it cost around $2,500 instead it was $1,398. Since I could tell he was very reliable I also asked him to take a look into what was causing a vibration in the vehicle and it took him running a ton of tests, dropping the exhaust, just doing lots of troubleshooting to find out what it was which ended up being a bent axle and a bad hub bearing. Now, mind you we have had 3 x different BMW dealerships try to troubleshoot it and 2 x different shops all of which failed, but Finny came through I only wish he was here in WV. If you have a European vehicle dont hesitate to bring it here! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

This will be the most important review Ive written so far in my life. Finny saved my 2001 VW Jetta TDI from complete destruction when it overheated one afternoon. I operate a specialized PCS service for the trucking industry and put about 10,000 miles a month on this vehicle, so my entire business depends upon it remaining at peak operation. When I had it towed to the shop, I explained what happened and the full urgency of finding what went wrong and getting it repaired the same day. Bill immediately dropped what he was doing to work on my vehicle and get me going. After fixing a cooling system hose that had burst and doing an engine flush, he found melted PLASTIC inside my oil pan and the pickup tube, completely clogging the oil pump and choking my engine to death. He removed the plastic and burned it out of the pickup tube so my engine could breath again. This was a life saving fix, not only for my engine but also my brand new business and livelihood. The importance of this was immediately understood by Bill and he carried the weight of my burden with me to fix my car right the first time. There is nowhere else Ill ever take my VW again. God Bless you, Finny.

I had a very pleasant experience getting my brake job done by Bill at Finnys-I have a Lexus IS250 AWD, and the rear brakes were gnarly and grinding thanks to my negligence, but this shop fixed it well and for very inexpensive. The calipers would have been replaced at any other shop due to rust but he cleaned them up, and the rotors, and pads on the rear were replaced, all for $230. The price would have been well over double if the calipers had to be replaced. This savings couldnt come at a more opportune time for me. Id like to add that the work was done in 1 hour at the end of the night right after I brought it there. Im sure theres no guarantee he can do the same but it just goes to show the high level of customer service.

Ive taken my 2005 Tahoe to them, my 2005 Pacifica, and my 2006 Malibu to them and the work they do is beyond expectations. A couple of times I didnt even make an appointment, I just drove the car up, they dropped a car that was going to take them a greater amount of time to repair and put mine up on the lift. Im a big fan. They will even stop before they replace a part and tell you what they see, if there are other factors, and advise you as to the next steps you need to take in order to get your vehicle to its best performance. Love the staff and the prices are the fairest in the land. LOL!

After the last service I got my mini was constantly telling me I needed an oil change, even after i got one. I went to the guys who serviced my car previously and asked if something was wrong and they told me that my car was fine but Id have to spend more money for oil changes because minis use the oil quicker then most cars. That didnt sound right to me so I decided to look else where. I found Finnys and I have never been so happy. The previous guys did something to a sensor underneath my car and he told me and fixed it right away.

Finnys is the best place to get your car repaired that I know. I dont have a high priced foreign made car. But I do have an older domestic made car that is very special to me and literally all that I can afford right now. Finny is wonderful, he has fixed a couple of other things on my car previously and he had my car done in a flash and done well. I will never take my car anywhere else from now until it dies. I wish I could rate his establishment the 1000 stars that it deserves but you only have 5.

Being an owner of a BMW, I can tell you that I am so pleased that this shop is near me. I took my car in last week for an oil change, transmission flush, etc. and was greeted by Misha with so much kindness, unlike most shops who try to rush you to do or explain things. The owner, Belal, even allowed me to go inside the bay to view the work being done. Their service, commitment, and competent technicians are top notch. This is a shop I have confidence in. Try them, you will not be disappointed.
