I was staying in Baton Rouge for a conference, at the LAberge Hotel and Casino. I had an 8am flight on Tuesday morning, I called Yellow Cab MONDAY NIGHT to request a 6am pick up and transfer to the airport. They confirmed they would be there. I was downstairs at 5:45, am,... 6am came and went...I called Yellow Cab to confirm they had my reservation, he said "we are trying to get a driver for you now" he confirmed that they had my request from the evening before, but "didnt have anyone available", but they we "working on it",...I eventually had to call another cab company to get me to the airport. Bayou Cab took my call and was there in 20 min, but because of the delay and the waiting I did for Yellow Cab,...I missed my flight. I spent 6 hrs at my connecting flight just to get home. Thx Yellow Cab...you suck! You only get one star because it wouldnt let me post without giving you a star!

We were staying just across the river for the LSU game. We called for a cab to take us and they arrived promptly even though they said the wait might a while. Our driver was knowledgeable and took us right to our tailgating spot. Our fare was only 21 dollars. After the game we had a horrible experience!! It was late and a lot of traffic had cleared out. However our driver was either stupid and did not know anything about contraflow and where to go or he was just playing dumb. He did not know where he was going. He kept trying to program the hotel address into his GPS and what should have been a 5 mile trip wound up being a 25 mile trip that took nearly 2 hours and cost nearly 80. We paid him and got out because we were all tired and very aggravated. However we will never use this cab service again and urge anyone else not to either.

In January of 2016, I was in Baton Rouge for an event at the Celtic Media Centre. Afterwards I was in desperate need of transportation back to my hotel, due to my ride having to leave early. Not being from the Baton Rouge area, someone called this company for me, and the driver quickly arrived and brought me back to my hotel in a timely manner. The driver was very friendly and I enjoyed visiting with him during the ride. Thank yall so much for the friendly and fast service!!! I apologize, I shouldve written a review earlier, but I mustve forgot. Yall are top notch and I will definitely use yall again, next time Im in Baton Rouge. Once again thank yall!!! p.s. My sincere apologies, I shouldve tipped the driver way more than I did!!!

I called for a cab one night and the woman told me shed send someone out to me. I waited on the rain for 20 mins until I called them back to get an ETA for my cab. The woman instantly became rude and told me that they were very busy tonight and hadnt even contacted a cab to come to get me. I asked about how long it would take before I could get a cab and she told me about an hour to an hour and a half. She was extremely rude the entire time and it would have been common courtesy to let me know that the wait time would be so long when I initially called for a cab....my advice? Get the Uber app.

My husband had a heart attack and was transported to a hospital by ambulance. He had to leave our dog in the motel room. I was in El Paso, TX with no way to get there in the next 15 hours. I had to find a kennel for Ozzy (dog) and transport him there. Justin and Charlotte were heaven sent. With their help Ozzy got to the kennel with no problem. I could not get any other cab company to help me or anyone else either. If they are what this company hires then everyone there are angels and will take the best care of you. Thank you so very much. They are almost always late. You can call and schedule a cab the night before or call an hour and a half early, and they will still be late. If you call and ask where your cab is, youre told that it will be five more minutes. Those five minutes turn into another twenty minutes. If you are have a flight or have to be at work or school, do not use this company because you will not get there in time. Not only that, they are completely unapologetic about being late and really unprofessional in general.

I called at 3:08pm for a pick up for my child and by 5:22pm she had still not been picked up. I called back on two separate times to request and ETA for pick-up and the dispatcher was unable to provide a pick-up time. She highlighted that I was one of 30 in a Q and would not assign my pick up to a driver and would only assign a pick up once driver was in the area. Dispatcher also highlighted it may be another two to three hours before pick up and would not guarantee pick up.

This is honestly the worst place you could think of going for transportation!!! Unless you have a 3-4 hour window before getting there. The person on the phone always sounds miserable. The only positive are that some of the drivers are courteous and nice. Half the time, when you finally do get a cab you will see multiple cabs parked and not working!!!!!! Seriously, if you need a reliable source I would do uber or honestly walk because youll probably make it there faster.

We called for a cab and it never arrived, the lady on the phone reassured us the cab was coming around but it never came! We tried calling back to see where our cab was and they ignored our calls. the cab never showed. Made my bf and and I both extremely late for work. I was a faithful customers for over a year, I was extremely upset on how rude and petty the woman was. That one incident turned me on to UBER.

this place is terrible, i called for a cab and tonight and they could not give me an eta, or tell me how many fairs they had before mine. Terrible customer service, they have a horrible staff, full of mean people and who are not personable or willing to work with you at all. I will never use yellow cab again. If i had to use one word to describe them i would use horrific.

Worst cab company I have ever used. I work for a hotel and I have NEVER recieved good service from this company. The receptionist will answer after 10 minutes of holding and was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. The manager isnt much better. Takes extremely long periods of time for them to arrive. Even if they are called early they always show up late.

Ask for Willy. We had a terribly lost foreigner. Not only did he go to multiple addresses to find her on the street for us, waited 20 minutes for our picture text, he also followed up with a curtsy call (we are out of state) to my cell phone to let us know she was safe in the airport. He was calm and patient the whole time we were freaking out. Thank you Willy!
