UPDATE: I picked up my car again and had a much better experience this time around. When I dropped it off, I was supposed to talk with Theresa but she was on vacation. This ended up working out in my favor because I was able to work with Marie, who went out of her way to make sure that every issue was taken care of. She called every step of the way to keep us informed on the status of the repairs. When I picked up the car, she took me to check it out, and even went as far as to have the car cleaned. She apologized profusely for my prior experiences, and ensured me that this was being handled. She even apologized for the issues I had with the rental company. If I ever have to have something repaired again, I would go back to Russell Collision Center to let Marie take care of it because I know she would have it done right. . They did not communicate with us at all about our repairs, they told us it would be five days for the repairs to be done, but it took 11. They didnt fix all of the issues from the accident, and even scratched a door that wasnt involved. I am now having to have my car repaired AGAIN, and having to deal with the terrible rental process all over again. Even if your insurance recommends them, RUN AWAY!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Theyre like little children who dont want to take fault for their muck ups! Brought my car here for a Insurance accident. Left with more problems that were not present before my accident (left with a engine light on, they tried to tell me its because I needed an oil change, they think youre stupid). They keep trying to get me to PAY for diagnosis to prove its their fault or the mishandling of my vehicle. Which I know it is and theyll still consider it not their problem. I even caught them just trying to unplug a few unrelated parts and "show me" that those were the "simple" issues. Im car savvy and know my vehicle in and out and theyre being SHADY, condescending, manipulative, and cheap. What is the point of having lifetime warranty guarantee on the work if theyre just going to never honor it. I could had just taken my car to someone in trusted and got the work PLUS honesty and honorable communication in return. I would give this shop "0 stars" if I could. I also checked my paperwork and theyve also charged the insurance money for a paint job that was NEVER DONE because the part repaired the first time was PLASTIC!

Under the recommendation of BMW Silver Spring, I took my 2016 BMW to Mile One Collision who transferred my vehicle to this location. It was a nightmare from the beginning. The repair was estimated to take a week and took more than 4 weeks to be completed, only to be returned twice once completed. Once it became evident that my rental coverage would expire, I asked this establishment for a loaner. I was made to drive all the way to Baltimore when the car was originally dropped off in Silver Spring. The collision specialists were friendly up until I had a complaint. When I was initially told to pick up my car, when I went to get it, my rear camera did not work. On the second arranged pick up, the car had visible imperfections in the paint which should not be the case for a new paint job. Now that I have the car back, Ive notice more imperfections and this establishment will not return my calls. I intend to report my experience BMW Silver Spring and to the corporate BMW offices, as my new car looks not so new. They will treat you nicely until they get payment from you, then your concerns do not matter much. Very disappointed!

I had an accident and State Farm said Russel was a certified center so I chose them even though it was an hour from my home. Long story short they had my Mercedes for over a month, they tried to get me to pay for service outside of the insurance company, gave me a car that had compound residue on my seats and carpet AND my windows didnt go up or down anymore. So in a second visit to fix my windows they scratched my tint. They said they would pay for it and did but then they put a claim into the insurance company for reimbursement which was shady because THEY scratched the tint so why should the insurance pay for their mistake? After all is said and done I had my car inspected and was told they did not put the quiet pads in my door, my window would go up but only with holding the button not the one touch anymore and my doors had to be readjusted because they would only close if you slammed them. When I brought that to their attention they said its new doors they have to be broken in...yeah right!

these guys are some of the worst , drop off brand new car that needed a replacement bumper , with the promise of a 3 day return , 6 days go by and go to pick it up , and the bumper is a different color than the car not even close and the hood is not aligned with it , to top it off they even left the painters tape on it, another 3 weeks later , and the whole time this is going on never received a call or update , leaving messages every day , no calls back as promised by other employees , so over a month later get the car back after pulling up to the parking lot noticing the door was unlocked and I popped the hood checking it over , with no one even asking if it was my car , I noticed a new ding in the door , if I could give them a quarter star I would , not professional at ALL

My wife and I recently had our 2010 Honda Pilot in for body work. While we are satisfied with the body work, we are not satisfied with other things. Crayon markings were left on out vehicle where the other blemishes were observed. On the day of pickup, a shop rag was on top of the vehicle and there was a light coating of a yellow power inside the vehicle. Today, I was changing the brakes on our vehicle. While changing the brakes I came across the driver front lug nuts over-torqued. Any shop that removes tires should use torque sticks to prevent this type of situation. I am not happy with our experience!

I am very pleased with the work that was done on my car. The collision center as a whole was very nice. The people were extremely nice to me and of they took care my car. When I had my car in other repair shops they didnt really keep me updated but Russel was texting me every step of the way. The made sure my car looked just as it did before my accident. I would recommened this repair shop to anyone. The person who I dealt with, Danny was very polite and when I had questions explained every single thing to me. They turned a bad accident into a great experience!

The repair process was very easy. Made an appointment at Russel Certified Collision Center and with Enterprise (which by the way is located in the same building). Picked up my rental car, left and awaited for my vehicle to be repaired. Another great thing about this place is that there is a Certified Service Center there as well that handles the mechanical side of things. They contacted me to let me know I was due for my Toyota Care Service and they we able to take care of it before I picked up my car! Just glad to have my car back, great job staff!
