Wife purchased a 2016 Scion IM and said she wanted it loaded. She was lead to believe that she was purchasing an upgraded Audio/Radio/NAV package for $900. They had to order it and the car was brought back to the dealer the next week for the install. Once it was installed we find out that there was no audio/radio upgrade at all, that this was simply a software/hardware update so the NAV system would work. Once it was done there was nothing we could do about it. My son was part of the sales team and he said that he was lead to believe it was a radio upgrade, and that none of the salesmen had ever sold this option before and didnt know it was simply a NAV system. So as far as Im concerned this is a problem created by Toyota. But this is an extremely expensive GPS of which we would have never purchased if wed known what this was. Weve always used Garmins which cost around $125 and we feel like weve been mislead from all sources. I called Toyota and was told basically the same thing, the lady didnt seem to be concerned at all, just supplied information Id already been told and didnt bother to mention any way to remedy this. Its been months now and SCION keeps saying we need to work with the dealer, but the dealer has said they cant do anything about it. personally I think its the way SCION web site reads about the option. It should simply say its a NAV upgrade and not mention music at all. Even the salesmen didnt know it was simply a NAV system since no one had ever taken it. Wed like the full price of the radio and money returned and the radio removed so we can purchase a nice BOSE or something, but they refuse to do anything and it looks like Ill end up getting a lawyer before anything will be done. Beware of what you get from Toyota.

This was my first time here. There were no signs or greeters telling customers where to go for anything (not even in a confirmation email). I had to park, get out, go inside with my 2 yr old, look around, only to find someone in the back to tell me that I had to drive my car around to the side. This was still confusing. I finally noticed a garage on the side that looked like I could drive into. So i did, and got out and yes, that was the right place. I waited in the child play area, which was FILTHY - it didnt look like they sanitize or wash anything. Toys were dirty and broken. My toddler almost ate some old food that was found inside a toy box! The wait was longer than expected, almost an hour and a half, even though I had an appt. They finally came and told me I needed new side markers for $30 each. I declined since they only cost like $2 each. After I got home, i looked over the multi-point inspection and my car, and found that: my side markers were NOT in need of replacement; my cabin air filter, which was only suggested to be replaced later in the report, but I decided to replace them anyway by myself, was in horrible condition - filled with dirt and leaves - there is NO WAY they removed this filter to inspect it. AND, there was a safety issue with the drivers side floor mat that was marked as FIXED, yet my floor mat still remained unattached and unsafe, so that was not fixed. The next day I found a HUGE wet spot under my car, too. It was either oil residue from the change because they didnt take the time to clean off the parts it leaked on, or was something else they didnt clean or tighten. The only reason Im giving it 2 stars is because my car seems to be driving fine, so it looks like the oil change was at least done properly. Maybe I just got unlucky with the car mechanic I had - the service guy even mentioned he didnt even know who he was, so he must have been new. Here I wanted to take my car to a Toyota service center to ensure I get the utmost care for my car, but Ive gotten better service going to a chain center, like Mr. Tire or Meineke. Guess its hit or miss here.

I was charged around $750 for water leakage and some other issues. However they couldnt fix the water leakage. When I visited for second time to report leakage is not fixed, I was told that they replaced door seal and it is working fine. but now they noticed leakage from window glass and they dont have expertise to fix it. If they cant identfy the issue, why do they charge water leakage diagnostic fees and unnecessarily recommend to replace any random part.

Great service. I took my car (which only had three hubcaps) in for some service, and when I got it back with two hubcaps, I called to let them know. Rather than replace the one, they took care of a new set of after-market hubcaps! They knew my car had about 150,000 miles on it so they figured a new set would help since the pins on old hubcaps do wear, and it was possible Id lose the others shortly anyway. Super friendly and great customer service.

Jan and Leo always take great care of me and my car. From oil changes to new tires to tune ups the work is always done correctly and professionally and also at a fair price. Highly recommend the Parts and Service department at R&H.

Came in on a rainy day to have my car serviced. I must say my experience was outstanding due to the customer service given by Eric. There should be more employees like this in the auto servicing industry. He was very kind and made it a very quick and easy process.
