The worker Greg that was at my house most of the time was incredible did awesome work, now the other people that would randomly show up and find in my house on there own were definitely just the opposite, I hired this company July 2016 to do work on a house I inherited through devastating circumstances and grant it it needed a lot but the sales person was all gung ho about getting the job and doing it right for me and my family, was gonna make it a show piece so they could use it for advertising that is until things started going wrong and deadlines continually being blown because of taking Greg off my job site to go do other work, at one point I had painters lined up and house wasnt ready so they brought people in supposedly on them as a favor to me that I would not allow to paint a dog house, used my furniture as paint stands, left $50 per gallon paint open to dry out, paint splatters all over new bathtub and shower door assembly, ceiling with old colors coming through, probably cause paint was allowed to dry out other patchwork done with wrong colors I have to have part of my siding replaced because one of their "painters" decided to unhook my hose at the house instead of using the sprayer on the end to clean a paint brush filled with black paint now all over my beige vinyl siding and just having the other jokers in my house doing shabby work, then the salesperson started getting attitude when I would show him work that was unacceptable for the price I was paying. And I wont even get into the ruined grass with nails and garbage left all over and me having 3 little kids and 2 little dogs. Now I notice all the 5 star ratings with good reviews are basically what you see on here so Im sure very few will get to see this, my suggestion is stay involved on a daily basis if you see something going wrong, nip it in the bud asap and dont allow a bunch of different worker that have no idea whats going on work i your house
When my husband and I were looking to replace our siding after a bad windstorm I did a lot of research and met with 6 different contractors. After contacting Allpoint for an estimate, Tom was at my home the very next day. He was super courteous and even did the estimate over the phone as I had 2 sick kids and could not really meet with him. My husband and I went to their Allen Park location 2 days later and were very impressed. Tom went over all the details again for my husband and spent more than an hour with us. We both felt comfortable with him and the product/services he was offering, plus the price was very competitive too. We signed a contract that day. While we waited for our special order material to arrive and work to begin another wind storm came through and caused additional damage to our old siding. I called Allpoint to see if there was anything that could be done. Tom sent his crew out first thing the next day to secure everything for us, which was above and beyond my expectations as this was not even something that they contracted to do. Work began right on schedule as Tom had stated. The crew arrived every day bright and early and worked full days to get the job done quickly. John was my onsite contact and he was very professional and made sure all of the little things were taken care of. He created a beautiful custom aluminum wrap around our front door and I absolutely LOVE it! It changed the whole look of our home. I was really impressed with his craftsmanship. We had one minor issue that was noticed after the work was completed and Tom graciously offered to come back and fix the problem. Overall I was extremely pleased with Allpoint from start to finish. I plan to use them for other home improvement projects and would recommend them to anyone.
We needed a new roof and All Point was our 3rd estimate we had to come out (always get more than one I was told) and Im glad I did. I had signed with Hansons the previous day but after talking to Tom they offered comparable product at half the price with no pressure unlike Hansons and I was sold plus going with a local company is always a plus for me! We had our permit a few days later and the old roof was off and new one was on in 2 days they did a great job from start to finish. Tom even had his siding person come and fix the siding that wasnt properly installed next to the roof when we had it done upon purchase of the house at no extra cost to us!! Above and beyond customer service. I was super happy so happy that we were considering remodeling our kitchen and had them come out to give us an estimate on the job. We loved the design Kyle came up with and decided to go ahead with remodel. To say we love our kitchen is an understatement its everything we hoped it would be. We had a couple issues that werent anyones fault but Tom made sure they got taken care of and always made sure we were happy with everything as the remodel progressed, No matter how small the detail. It says a lot that not only did we hire them to do our roof and remodel our kitchen but we plan on having them back to put in new floors too!! I highly recommend All Point Construction to anyone who is considering redoing their roof or any other service they offer. Top notch customer Service their employees were always courteous and did a great job!!
I hired All Point for my siding project, they also installed gutters, 2 entry doors, storm doors & a custom window. Tom the owner worked around my schedule to meet me & adress all of my concerns & review exactly what I wanted. He was very professional & we had several conversations to make sure that we crossed all the Ts & dotted all of the Is. Tom spoke to me after the project was complete & followed up very well, it was obvious that quality & me being happy was his top concern. John & Tom the siding crew were the best. They were very pickey about quality & a couple of perfectionists, great attention to every detail & used the best material as well. They cleaned up my yard really well also, I was happy to buy them lunch. I used to look at my neighbors house & wish mine looked like theirs... now they wish theirs looked like mine!! I have gotten so many compliments on the house. Thank you All Point! You wont regret hiring this company, make 1 phone call.
Tom was most helpful. From the moment he walked in the door, he was professional and courteous. I called them on a Friday, he came out Saturday to give me an estimate. We signed the contract, and Monday, the permit was on the door and the new gutters were on the house. The weather was too cold to do the whole roof, but we were comforted to know that everything that could be done, was done... ...TWO DAYS LATER!!! Two days before the weather broke, Tom called and said they were coming. Just as promised the roof was completed, and all the extras were taken care of. The crew as well were very professional. They showed up early, and worked hard all day. They even volunteered to clean up any little debris that may have made it into my home. Any good consumer will tell you to get more than one estimate, in this case All Point delivered best value. I will definitely be contacting All Point in the future for other projects.
