Horrible communication and no coordination. After the epic fail of planning the wedding, jumped in front of wedding guests to eat as soon as the cocktail hour started and immediately left. She didnt even inform the bride and groom she was leaving. After looking for her for quite some time, a guest informed them she left because the bridge was out in Saginaw. Another person said they live a mile from her and the bridge is passable. Also, there is an alternative route she could have used. She also led the couple to believe that she had either had several contacts with vendors or attempted several contacts with vendors. After speaking with vendors, this was a flat out lie! The bride ended up planning everything and had to deal with the stress of coordinating everything. This "wedding planner" also failed to attend the rehearsal dinner, was late to the venue the day of the wedding and assisted with none of the decorating. When this concern was brought to her attention by a relative who stepped up to do everything the event coordinator was supposed to and a refund was recommended, she became agitated and offered a partial refund stating she had put so much effort in already! I dont know how no contact with vendors, not attending the rehearsal dinner and not coordinating the actual wedding is so much work! Reply to your response: First, I will admit I used the terms planner and coordinator interchangeably and I understand the couple is to do the planning prior to the event. I dont think there was an issue with their planning. Since you are adamant about your contact with vendors, let me point out the fact you do not know me proves your negligence. I was the photographer for the wedding, not a ghost reviewer. I received a message from you on June 6th indicating you needed my email address. I was not able to answer since I was in a meeting. However, by the time I got out of my meeting I received a message from the bride indicating you had been trying to reach me. I explained I received one voicemail from you that day and will return your call as soon as I can. I returned your call later that day and left my email address with your husband who answered the phone. I never received any communication from you after that and never received this so called timeline you speak of. Nor were you there for pinning of boutonnieres or passing out flowers. However, that could be because that was done at a different location. Ceremony programs were left on a table, not passed out to guests. You did approach me AFTER the ceremony telling me to let you know if I needed anything. However, you left quickly after that. I was with the couple and the bridal party when they were looking for you with questions but were informed you had left. You did not have the professionalism to let them know you thought your services were complete and were leaving. Although I have not seen your contract, it was obvious you did not perform the duties the couple was expecting. If you do never attend rehearsal dinner, why did you call/text to cancel your attendance?
Actually 0 rating. This company is as unreliable as they come!! Cancelled and claimed strept throat for rehearsal. Showed up late for wedding and did not look sick. Cut in front of guests for horsdoeurves an drinks, made a mess of tables, then left without telling the bride! Worst ecperience and caused guests to have to work. DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY DISGUSTING AND DO NOT PAY THEM IN ADVANCE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
