I knew as soon as I made the appointment I should have stayed away! The lady was not very friendly while scheduling the appointment over the phone. When I came in for my appointment, the staff seemed annoyed and not very welcoming. My initial impression of the salon was that it was dingy and not up to date. Once I sat in the chair to begin my haircut, the lady asked how much I would like off. I said "just a trim to take the dead ends off". She showed me about an inch and asked me where I part my hair. I told her in the middle. She did not part my hair at all and repeatedly told me that my hair was uneven. She continued to chop, chop, chop, and chop. I looked down and saw a piece about 4 inches long. It was clearly evident that there was panic on my face. I even made a comment and said "wow this piece is really short", but she kept telling me that my hair was uneven to begin with. She did not ask me what I wanted and gave me horrible, choppy long layers and a face frame that I did not want. She started to get firm with me when asking how I would like my hair blown out. Overall, the experience was awful and traumatic. The entire time I was on the verge of tears and I bawled my eyes out once I got in my car. Would not recommend this place by the way I was treated and the quality haircut I received.
Bought a Groupon for a haircut & all over highlights package. It was a total disappointment. Asked for blonde highlights but received stripey strange hair in the pictures below. Some of my highlights on the back was burned. I am also unsatisfied with my haircut. The salon owner rushed the entire process and left my hair wet because i didnt ask for blow dry. At the end of the sesssion I was charged $25. So I ended up paying $100. The extra fee for long hair wouldnt bother me if I received proper service. Anyway I left the salon without saying anything since my hair was wet and the blonde highlights looked more saturated. Once it dried and I saw the actual color I was so upset and called the salon for a redo. She agreed that I pay $25 for product fee. She claimed that thats what I wanted and it looks nice. It would look better if I had blow dry. When I didnt agree and hung up the phone she called back and offered me to apply toner for free. I believe toner itself cant fix this hair. I wouldnt risk coming here for major color changes. It might seem affordable at first but might end up like me and have to pay way more to fix it later.
The experience was very pleasant and she was very honest of the work that was needed for my hair. She asked the length I wanted to cut and was very accurate at not cutting more. I love my hair ! ❤Highlight color was on point ☝
Purchased a Groupon for a hair cut a couple months back. Received a trim, and was very happy with the results. Fast and good service. Cant beat the price at $19. Just scheduled my second appt!
