I recently had the misfortune of an automobile accident. I immediately called my insurance company and was recommended to Coleman Buick GMC Cadillacs collision center. I was hesitant since I did not know much of this facility but boy am I glad I gave it a shot. There was a drive-in estimating area where I was promptly greeted. My advisor explained the process and that they use environmentally friendly paints in their facility. This was important since my own business is a "green" company. My vehicle was technically not driveable and I was offered a loaner vehicle since my policy did not cover a rental car. My vehicle was supposedly going to take 9 days to repair as the accident was a little more serious than I had suspected. Directly after I left the facility I realized I forgot something in my vehicle. When I returned to Coleman, they had already begun working on my car. I asked how so fast and was told this way we get the estimate correct and limit delays on the first try. 4 or 5 days after the drop off of my car I received a car saying it was done and ready for pickup. I expected to find something overlooked but when I arrived the vehicle was COMPLETELY detailed and looking the same as it did when I purchased the car. I have to say I was amazed and told this to the manager who explained...."under promise, over deliver" thats what we try to do. I was so impressed that I actually referred my brother to their sales department to buy a brand new Cadillac XTS! Thank you and hopefully I never need your services again but I will make sure anyone who does knows how great you were!
This place is a joke. I was in an accident in February. I took my car here to be repaired. They never told me how long it would take to repair and I called, they told me by the end of the week. So I called back at the end of the week, nope maybe by Monday. So I waited until Tuesday afternoon. NOPE!! They said by the end of that week. I finally get my car back after 3 weeks and I get it home and notice the fender liner was never replaced, the bumper and fender are not on right. I called right away and they told me they would order the part and it would take 2 days. I didnt hear anything so I called them....OPPS forgot to order the part! So again they tell me they are ordering the part! I waited a few more days and OH YES OPPS forgot to order the part! So now I am in contact with the manager there and he said he would handle it and I explained since nothing was put on the right way the driver side fender liner was getting damaged because the tech forgot to put in the clip! So now they have to order another part. I took it there finally on my day off on Friday...they said it would take an hour to fix and went to the waiting room. They come in to tell me there is more work that needs to be done on it and its gonna take a two days! DUH!! You think!! Well all I can say is they have had my car since Friday and NO WORD at all when I will be getting it back. I am so beyond disappointed in this place and how unprofessional they are!
We had our cars front end repaired here due to front end collision 2 years ago The paint literally started flaking off of the front bumper. We took the vehicle back because it is something we were assured was covered under warranty. They agreed to fix the vehicle stating it would take 1 or 2 days at the most and that they would not provide a rental. We agreed because the repair would be done for free. Well after 2 and a half weeks and 7 calls, the vehicle is still not completed and I am wondering if they have even started the repair work. Each of the 7 times we called we were assured it would be done that day or the next. Luckily we have 2 vehicles otherwise we would have had to rent a vehicle out of pocket for 2 and a half weeks. So not only was the initial repair shoddy work but their follow through in fixing this issue has been frankly terrible.
Probably one of the most unprofessional and irresponsible shops i have ever dealt with in my lifetime. Innumerable delays on the repair of my vehicle due to them not being able to acquire very simple parts (in this case, a wheel for my truck) that I couldve walked to a shop by my house, picked it up, and carried it to the shop myself. Im being forced into renting a vehicle to try and get around easier, and when I speak with anyone in regards to the manner, no one takes ownership to their mistake. PS: IF ANYONE FROM THIS SHOP IS READING THIS, USE A DIFFERENT DISTRIBUTOR FOR YOUR PARTS THAT KNOWS HOW TO SHIP PROPERLY, AND WHEN THERE IS A MISTAKE, OWN IT AND REQUEST OVERNIGHT DELIVERY TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. AT THIS POINT, YOU SHOULD BE THE ONES PAYING FOR MY RENTAL CAR.

Not only did my car look new but they cleaned it inside out! If this is the passion they put into their collision customers I can only imagine how well they take care of their car buying customers! Its refreshing to find such honest business people these days and I recommend Coleman for what ever your auto is. Worst experience of my life. And it didnt help it was my first accident. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEM!
