I had an exceptionally difficult home-buying experience, and without Tyler I can confidently say I would not own a home. His communication skills, patience, and expert knowledge of the process countered the sellers (Lennar) incompetence, and ensured a timely close. Tyler had other obligations during the first day of my search, but was able to coordinate with another realtor in a way that was transparent to me. While some people may find fault with this transient lack of availability, I believe the timely and effective work-around adequately addressed our needs and did not cause any problems with our search. Tyler worked closely with my Fiancée as she relentlessly scoured the publicly available listings, ultimately working her list down to a few key houses we were able to view over a 2 day trip. His patience and attention as we built and refined our interests ensured a productive viewing schedule. Tyler did not behave like a salesman at any point during our search and buying process. He was legitimately focused on placing us in the correct house at the correct price-point, and there was never any pressure to choose a house. If our experience had ended after the search and viewing, I would say Tyler was a great agent but would not be able to confidently say he was exceptional. Our search, viewing, and decision process was not a remarkable challenge, and if everything had been that easy Tyler wouldve never had the opportunity to prove himself as the exceptional agent he is. Once we chose a house the hurdles and difficulties began appearing. The sellers representative was the worst kind of salesman. Dishonest, fast talking, and unfamiliar with the process. Tyler did his best to insulate us from the seller, carefully reviewed any documents she handed us, and negotiated tactfully. We originally only intended to negotiate for closing costs, and had not considered any further requests. When the seller immediately provided closing costs without argument, Tyler saw the opening and added a refrigerator to our requests, which the seller accepted. Without his quick-thinking we would not have received a very nice refrigerator (or 2, actually. More on that later). The seller originally pushed us towards a 2-week close. Tyler knew this was impossible, and a few days later the seller confirmed it would require at least another month to close. Tyler attended all of our walk-throughs and identified a few issues we otherwise wouldve missed. As we approached our scheduled closing date the seller (Lennar) began to disintegrate. Their Lender (UAMC) made no effort to process the loan until one day prior to close, and had no idea how to process or approve the loan. UAMC was disrespectful and incompetent, and when I became irate with them, Tyler took over the communication between myself, Lennar, and UAMC. The seller missed close and could not provide details on a new closing date. Tyler worked directly with the Lender and management at Lennar and rescheduled the closing for the following day. From my perspective, having dealt extensively with the Lender and their last-minute, off-the-cuff, nonsense paperwork demands, I believe Tyler helped them figure out what they needed to approve the loan, and his knowledge of the process overcame UAMCs lack thereof. The seller failed to deliver the house in the condition stipulated. Lennar did not deliver the refrigerator on time, and Tyler worked with them to install a different refrigerator until the correct one was delivered. I didnt have to lift a finger during this process. We were ultimately successful in purchasing our house and we are very happy with it. Without Tyler the purchase would have, at the very least, been much more difficult and stressful, and more than likely would not have closed for several weeks. This remarkably difficult process proved he is an exceptional agent, and I enthusiastically recommend him to anyone searching for a home.

Tyler helped us find our rental when we moved to the area one year ago and we worked with him again to purchase our first home. We ended up with the perfect house for our needs/wants and could not be happier. Tyler made himself available with very short notice to view new properties as they popped up which was a huge help in the current market. He provided very valuable info and advice about the entire buying process and helped guide us through closing day. We would definitely recommend Tyler to anyone looking to buy/sell a home and plan to work with him again in the future. Thanks Tyler!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tyler and will definitely use him as my realtor again. Tyler was very knowledgeable on the process and would go the extra mile to find out any information I requested. He was especially good at listening and respecting what I wanted in a home. We looked at many homes throughout the process and when the time came he executed the deal to perfection. Tyler was very reliable and trustworthy with any task, I had no need to worry because he would follow through every time.

Tyler helped us rent an apartment when he was under no obligation to do so. We were getting desperate for a place to live before school started, and he helped us find a place simply as a favor. He did a tremendous amount of leg work coming up with different options that we could look at, and was willing to show us each property himself. Tyler was a true professional at every step, and we could not have asked for a better person to help us find a place to live. Thanks Tyler!
