Worst choice possible I live In a small town in Pennsylvania where Im from they r the only option for cable without doing a contract i fell behind on my bill because my mother came down very sick and now they shut my cable internet and phone off because Im behind I asked for a lean till Saturday they said they wont do it and she is on life alert pretty sad when someone is on life alert and cant get a lean till they get paid in 6 days
Time Warner sucks. My wifi has stopped working about 3 times this week alone. They never want to come in person to fix anything either. My tv and phones also have stopped working, and they wont come for another 3 days. My data bill for my phone company will go up and Ill have to be paying extra charges. I think TWC should be paying my phone bill this month, lol.
Slow internet and Everytime you call them all they say is to upgrade. Had great service with them till spectrum started to take over. Had lowest grade internet and ran 3 phones my lab top and Wii off it. Now I have standard and it is barely running 2 things at a time.
i wish time warner would never have been sold to spectrum. too expensive and less for your money. customer service tells you lies just to sign you up. website lists channel lineups that are bogus...and dont give you channels that are shown
Was decent until changed to spectrum. Now Im having WiFi problems, losing connection, slow speed. Just terrible..
Worst custom service Ive ever experienced said they would show up between 8-9am and didnt show up all day!
Like the rest. Cost too much give too little.
