Beware! Steer way clear of this shoddy, dishonest, and actually outright fraudulent body shop. This includes both of their locations on Pond Springs in Austin as well as in Cedar Park. Their supposed life of the vehicle warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. I very much wish that Google reviews would provide provide the ability to give a ZERO or negative star rating so that I would not have to give this business even 1 star in order to publish this review. This shop and its staff recently provided my wife and I with the absolute worst auto body repair experience in our lifetime. Prior to being broadside hit in late July, our 2010 Toyota Prius was in immaculate condition. As things turned out, the even way worse nightmare began when my wife picked up the car from Heritage soon after Moriah telephoned claiming that it was fully repaired, checked, and ready to go. Upon arriving home, it became quickly clear to me that not only was the repair sloppy and careless, but in numerous major ways flat-out defective. The list of defective repair items totaled 20. After having returned the car to Heritage for them to fix these 20 defects, to this day five (5) of the more major ones still remain, one of them being a rear door that is so poorly aligned that loud wind noise blows in when driving. When I pointed this out to Moriah in an email, her apparent reaction was to ignore by not replying. Later, I followed up with a second email, to which the supposed "Quality" guy Nathan replied stating his refusal to address any further defects associated with the repair work Heritage mis-performed on our car. And thats the way it is, Heritages advertised life of the vehicle warranty is nothing more that a big fraud to get folks business, and the finished repair work they deliver is almost the worst I could have imagined.

The convenience is not worth the poor service. I only went to this place because it was an authorized Geico repair shop. I was quoted 2-3 days for the repairs. It took twelve. Not only was the staff unapologetic about the delay, but once I received my car I had to deal with scratches on the hood and windows (not small ones-large gashes), the power window button on the passengers side was jammed in sideways, the replaced window molding was ripped on one window and not even fitting on the other. I had to pay a ton for the rental car despite their fault on the delay, I had to pay two parking tickets for the extra week they had my car because my parking decal is on MY car windshield, AND I was late to work after picking up my car because the manager, receptionist, and general supervisor were all out to lunch-unable to be present for me to show my car to unless I waited. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Unless you have the time and patience to take your car back two or three times in order for Heritage to repair things they broke when they were supposed to be fixing it..dont go here. In my frustration, I spoke with two customers that were at the shop during the hours I wanted for the proper staff to return. Both shared that they were returning because of something that was not done properly the first time they brought the car in. One said his door handle wasnt assembled correctly and fell apart when he opened the door. Ridiculous.

I have to say this is the worst body shop I have ever been to. I had a wreck on ice and nearly totaled my car. I had Geico insurance so this is where they told me to take my vehicle. I told them the car does not drive well and barely made it into the shop after the accident. Before the wreck I havent had any maintenance issues with the car. I got a call after about a week to say that it was ready to be picked up. I asked what they had done to fi the issues and they explained. I then asked if they test drove the car and they said they did not. This frustrated me. They explained that I could bring it back if there was a problem. I later found out it still had problems. They also didnt have the tools to fix the alignment or have a machine to properly straighten the frame so that it was balanced. Isnt frame in their name? Nevertheless they took it to somewhere that could fix it. Thinking my problems were fixed I picked it up again. Looking under the hood I found that tubes that were kinked from the wreck, so I brought it back. At this point I was at this point livid. I am not a car guy, so Im thinking what else could be wrong that I dont know about? I then took it to a dealership where they told me it still had issues that needed to be fixed. I will never go back to this place. I want to be able to trust to the people I am working with and I do not trust them because I was lied to.

I am not sure why the other review writers had such bad experiences. I was rear ended on a Friday night. I took my SUV in on Monday for inspection, choosing this place because it also had a Geico representative on site. They assessed the damage and gave me an estimate, taking an extra $50 off my deductible for a few minor scratches to my bumper. The Geico rep cut them a check and they ordered the part, letting me continue to drive my car until the part came in. They called on Wednesday to say the new back hatch had come in. I took my car in at lunch on Thursday, and on Friday at about 3:00 they called and told me it was ready. They did great work and it was fast, convenient and professional. I plan on using this garage for any work my wife and I need in the future!

Was a little worried after reading the ratings on this site, but my experince was only positive! Heritage is one of Geicos DRP centers. My wife backed our car into a pole while we were on vacation. Driver side rear quarter panel and the bumper were damaged. We called Geico on Friday and set up an appt for following Monday. Three day turnaround on the repair and I must say I am very impressed with the work done on the car. Looks beautiful! The whole experience from the Geico Reps assessment, dealing with the on-site rental agency, and the actual body work being completed was GREAT. Highly recommend this shop to folks needing body work done professionally in a prompt manner. Michael McD

My car was hit and the other insurance company (GEICO) recommended I go to their preferred shop Heritage in Austin. When I picked up my car I could see the edges of where the repair was done and it was hazy and foggy and the clear coat was streaky. There was also paint over-spray and little white dots overlying the paint on the repair. I told them I was dissatisfied with the repair on three separate occasions when I tried to pick it up. On the third time I was told it was the best the could do and they could not fix it. Now I have brought to another body shop to do the repairs a second time. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
