This place is amazing! I read great online reviews and decided to come in to get a quote. I initially got a quote here and called back (a few times) the following day; after shopping around body shops and Martin or Todd were always available to answer my questions and even matched the quote I was given! Actually it was a bit cheaper and his ETA was faster. It was a no brainer for me to go with Martin & his staff. He estimated it would take about 5 days’ time. It was actually done a day earlier than I had anticipated. Martin & his staff made it very easy and convenient for me and the best part is Martin is completely honest. They have Enterprise on site so I was able to get a rental the day I dropped off my car. My only complaint is with Enterprise. The first rental car they tried to give me was absolutely filthy with pet hair and stains also had a spit cup in it from someone dipping tobacco. She ended up giving me another car and cleaned it before giving it to me, so it worked out fine. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints at all with Pinnacle Auto Body or Martin and his crew. I am very happy with the work done on my vehicle and experience here. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here recently and the staff. From my first time coming to get a free quote, to when I picked up my car after everything was completed. I HIGHLY recommend coming here if you need any body work done on your car.

This shop was one of the preferred shops through Geicos claim service and I chose this location based on the good reviews I found on it. I was extremely dissatisfied with the work done here for my insurance claim. I was originally estimated about 2-3 days for repairs to be done, and in reality it took about 8. When I picked up my truck only about half the work had been done that the estimate was showing, the new paint had already been chipped. I took the truck back and let them know what had happened, and they were very sorry and said they would correct the issues and I would have my truck back in a couple days. When I picked up my truck the second time, the repairs had been done sloppy and the ignition was sticking and not allowing me to lock my doors because it thought the key was still in the ignition. It cost me time, money, fuel, and I had to take time off from work to drive back and forth to Tomball. Overall, very dissatisfied with the work that was done and lack of updates on my vehicle when it was there.
The staff was great, awesome even.....up until I left. I was told that Pinnacle would be covering the extra days of my rental because they ordered a part late so the insurance wouldnt cover days past the original date estimate. I called my adjuster, I called my contact at Pinnacle to verify this information prior to keeping the car. I was told this was the norm. When my car was complete I turned in the rental and asked to pay my bill. I was informed that I couldnt pay it ($2 per day for an upgrade, that was all they had available) until Pinnacle was invoiced. Fast forward a month later, Im in my account and I see that 2 separate Enterprise charges hit my account. They didnt pay the invoice after all. I called and left Pinnacle a message, I was very upset and fast forward two weeks... still have not heard from Pinnacle. Im so disappointed as I was happy with the work but now it seems it cost me more than it should have. Beware, if they promise to foot the bill.... They wont.
When I had pothole damage on my 12 CTS V I was hesitant to do anything but have an estimate here. Anytime you have a performance vehicle needing body work you are inclined to bring it to the Dealer. I can say I do NOT regret using Pinnacle. The owner Marty and the manager Todd made sure everything was done correctly with my vehicle. There were a few hiccups but both of them immediately made it their priority to fix the issues (they even came out to my house to save me a trip back to the shop). The onsite GEICO adjuster Trevon was very professional and took his time to explain everything. My body work was only $1400 but they treated me like it was $14,000. I am thoroughly impressed and am planning on bringing my wifes car here for paint work. Very satisfied.
My rear window stopped working I called a Shop that works only on BMWs nearby. They couldnt tell me he long it would take to fix but they were able to tell me to expect to pay a minimum of 400 without even knowing specifically what was wrong. I called pinnacle car star and they asked me to describe my issue. Marty the owner identified the problem right away and told me how much it would cost. It was no more than $180 and it was going to take 30 minutes to fix. I brought my car in they took it right away and exactly half an hour my car was ready and my window was working perfectly. This is by far the best service Ive ever had at an auto body shop no matter how far you live from the shop the service is worth the drive.
About 2 weeks ago I was driving home late in the evening and unfortunately hit a deer. Although the deer and I were not seriously hurt my VW Jetta took a beating. The next morning I made a call to Martin at Pinnacle as I have done for over 12 years anytime my family has needed collision repair. As always the car was returned in like new condition. Pinnacle is over 35 miles from my business so after picking up my car I do not want to have to go back for something they forgot or missed during final inspection. I mention this because once again it was done right the first time. Thank you Martin and team for a job well done again!. Tim S.
These guys are AMAZING. The level of attention to detail they have is honestly astounding. A few years ago, they fixed my 1999 Ford Taurus after I was sideswiped and really went above and beyond to make it look better than it did before the accident. They replaced stuff they didnt have to, like my side blinker lights that were out. They really did an amazing job. When my husbands Porsche was rear ended, I immediately took the car to them, and once again, they went above and beyond to make sure the car looked just as good as before. I will always take all my body shop needs here!
Took care here for broken window repair and rekey. When I got it back the tint from the repair was scratched. They fixed it and covered the additional rental costs but a repair that should have taken a week took over a month. If I didnt have rental car coverage it would have been a disaster. However they did resolve every issue as best as they could. If only they got it right the first time
I cant thank these guys enough for the excellent service and superior work they did on my car. Its very refreshing to have a mechanic and group of people who genuinely have your best interest at heart and go above and beyond the standard body shop expectations.
