I was struggling with finding a job and had been without one for over three weeks, as a single mother, that was a tough pill to swallow. I decided that even if it meant an hour commute one way every day, I would find a job in the Selma or Montgomery area. I was really struggling finding something making above minimum wage in Selma and decided I wanted to search for things in Montgomery. Montgomery is a lot bigger than Selma and I honestly did not know where to even begin. Although I had never worked through a staffing agency before and was quite nervous about it, I called Erika at Spherion. She sent assessment tests to me and after I completed those she called me in for an interview. Although the interview seemed a little lengthy than the normal, she really took the time to get to know me as a person and was able to find the perfect fit for me as well as the employer. I HIGHLY recommend Erika, Jamie, and the rest of the Spherion team to anyone who needs assistance in their job search.

I had signed up with several agencies here in Montgomery and they were all ok. But Jamie Lomman at Spherion was far the best to me. Not only did she keep me aware of what jobs were available, she made sure I was prepared when I went. If you are looking for a agency that is really dedicated in finding the right job fit for you I highly recommend Jamie at Spherion. I promise Im not trying to advertise for them, I am only sharing for those of you who may be frustrated in going from agency to agency and not getting any results. Working with Spherion has been awesome and I would recommend them any time!

Spherion is the greatest staffing company I have ever used. I have gone to several staffing companies before i went to Spherion and they were awful. Never got one job from going to those places . Jamie is Great ! She found me an assignment very quickly. Now Im with a company that I love and the people there are amazing there. I cant say enough good things about Spherion.
