About a month ago, I wanted some upgrades and minor repairs to my 15 year old home. I called and spoke to Preston who listened to what I was looking to do and then said he could come out that afternoon to take a look and then prepare an estimate. There he was when scheduled and we went through the work. What I liked was that Preston told me how they would do the work, and what if any afterwork might be needed after the electrical was done. Okay, so now I am more aware of the overall scope of the "project". No surprise later. Two days later I received the estimate with a caveat to be sure and compare apples to apples if I got other estimates. The labor was broken down and alternatives were also priced out. I scheduled the work and two craftsmen showed up on time and completed the work in slightly less that we had anticipated. The told me what they were doing as they completed each portion of the work. And they trusted me to pay them when I received the invoice (I did). Two days ago I had an electrical outage near where they had worked. I called. They said "warranty" and were here in two hours! As it turned out, it was not warranty work. I had another problem. I was quickly made aware that this was a new problem and did I want todays work done. This time Jim kept working until he found the problem, told me, fixed it and cleaned up. How good it that! A+ from me for everything from initial contact to final payment. And darned nice guys to boot

Excellent customer service. Weve used Dodge Electric for the past 5 years for all of our lighting and electrical needs. Each time they arrived at the specified time and provided accurate estimates. They worked around my busy schedule to find a compatible installation time, and worked quickly and neatly on the job. The thing I appreciated most was how well they listened to my design ideas and worked with me to customize the lighting in our home to fit the needs of our family. I could not be happier with the installers; they are so experienced that I think of them as designers as well as electricians. They were respectful of my ideas, and worked hard to bring them to life. The lighting in my home is beautiful. Thank you.

I recently had my home burglarized and after that experience I decided to add some exterior lighting. After doing some research I hired Dodge Electric. Here’s why I liked them: - Professional website - Positive reviews - They answer the phone - Professional onsite estimate - Took the time to listen and provide ideas - Fixed or advised how to fix small items without a charge - Contacted the manufacturer of a defective product and provided return information (very, very helpful Mike!) - Clean and always arrived on time - Overall great attention to detail I appreciate all the work Mike and the guys did. They really went above and beyond my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending or using their service again.

Preston and Dodge electric did just a fantastic job for my mother when she needed some electrical wiring installation done. We really appreciated the personal attention and the low key sales approach was very much appreciate it. 2 My mother also had done some additions to the security system. She also had some light switches put it, and they really made a big difference and none of the other securities, system installer seem to be able to do that Because they werent qualified to install that type of electrical device. So thank you very much. We really appreciate it, everything about the security system, and light install it, press is comeback couple of times to help some adjustments, everythings great.

We had a problem where the electricity was off in about 25% of our home. We tried to trouble shoot and nothing seemed to be working. I called Dodge Electric about 5:30 PM and got an answer. Explained the problem and they came out the next morning. They assessed the situation and solved the problem in about 15-20 minutes. And they did not charge us for the call. We appreciated their honesty and punctuality. Not only will we use them in the future, but we will also recommend them to all who need a good electrician. Also, I am on the Board of Directors for my home owners association and I will introduce them to the board to get them on our approved vendor list. Needless to say: QUITE PLEASED!!!

I would definitely recommend Dodge Electric. They responded quickly to my request for an estimate, came to the house and reviewed what I wanted done and told me that they would have an estimate ready and emailed to me the following Monday. The cost to do the job was very reasonable. When Dodge Electric came to put my ceiling fans in they were very professional and made sure that I was aware of all things being done. They cleaned up any debris that was caused by the installation. I would have no problem calling on Dodge Electric again for any electrical work in my home and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and reliable electrician.

Great electrician in Arizona. We moved office locations a couple of months ago. Dodge Electric helped make this transition smooth. We were extremely pleased with the experience from initial contact to completion of the project. They were easy to work with & very accommodating to our schedule. We had phone lines & wiring for our computer network installed. As an insurance appraisal company we work with many large insurance companies who send us work assignments via email, fax & phone. So of course, like most businesses, its vital that we be up and running. Dodge Electric helped get us back in businesses quickly so we didnt have down-time.

I don’t think a 5 star rating is high enough to describe the service I received from Dodge Electric. We had Dodge Electric re-wire our swimming pool pump and light. The estimator arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. I received a very thorough statement of work with their quote the next day and scheduled the work. The two electricians arrived on time and were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and worked hard to complete this job. I can’t remember being this satisfied with any service provider and would not hesitate to use or recommend them for any electrical work.

Dodge Electric did an excellent job of fixing our electrical wiring. We had a guy come in on the cheap who installed a ceiling fan in our family room. It worked for one week, then the light fixture on it started flickering. When I tried to call him, his number had been disconnected. Dodge Electric came in, took about 20 minutes, and fixed the ceiling fan as well as the light. It turned out the other guy hadnt connected it properly. So I wanted to thank Dodge Electric for helping us and saving us from a potential electrical fire. Thanks a lot guys!!!

I couldnt be more pleased! We just moved into a house in Chandler and I thought Id messed up on an installation I was working on. Dodge Electric came to my rescue that same day. As it turned out, a breaker tripped and it wasnt the disaster I feared. I asked the electrician (as long as he was there already) if he could install an outlet behind a TV Id mounted on the wall. He agreed and even offered to move the cable box. Wow! What a great installation and the price was half of what I expected. Ill definitely use Dodge Electric again! Jim F.
