**Sorry, I accidentally put this same post on the other Gilbert location. It was actually meant for this location. ** Ive been taking my two boys here for 6 years now and they love it. The staff are great. They take time to interact with the kids and keep them engaged. They offer great meals and snacks and have been one of few daycare centers to actually work with us on several things. One thing, for instance, other daycare centers we had been too seem to have no problem increasing the tuition costs multiple times in the year. It was getting to be that our daycare costs were outpacing our mortgage on our home. Kids Inc has been great in that we dont have to worry about that. Another thing is that Kids Inc. is really flexible when it comes to our familys variable work hours. We dont have to worry about someone not being there to help us out when our days off change. An additional great thing is that Kids Inc stays open until 6:30pm. Most other centers close at 6. Now, 30 minutes might not seem like a big deal, but it has saved us so many times because of my familys variable work schedule. Finally, Kids Inc was the ONLY school that helped us with bus transportation to and from ASU Prep Academy. All of the other daycare centers refused (according to ASU Prep) to transport to ASU Prep because ASU Prep was in the process of finalizing construction in their new building. As for any injury instances, kids are kids and will get hurt through the course of their play. Ive never had an injury appear on my kids that hasnt had an explanation that wasnt satisfactory to me. Safety has never been a concern for me at this daycare.

Its funny how all the reviews seem to be coming from employees claiming that other people are immature, yet they are the ones running online to tattle tale. Im a mother who has brought my son there for the past 2 years. Since I worked from home, I would frequently stop in the school to check up on my son or to bring diapers. I always expected to catch someone doing something i didnt like and I NEVER DID! My son loves going to this school, he loves his teacher, they wash his clothes, they are very flexible with my needs. As for the CPR Certifications, its rare that youre ever going to need it, and in the case that you do, there are clearly 5-7 other people there that are. No body is perfect, and you cant tell me that you dont use your cell phone while youre watching your daughter! I have never had once incident there, and even if it was just a little bump on the head, they called immediately to let me know. Like I said, I have popped in randomly, and ive even caught my son in the middle of a tantrum, and his teacher just patiently waits until hes done. As far as Collette goes, I have never seen her have interaction with the children, but Ive also never thought she was obnoxious either. The facility is always clean, smells clean and Ive never had any doubts about this place. I would highly recommend it and I plan on driving 15 minutes out of the way to take my son back.

The teacher turn over rate is absurd and room shuffling and teacher bouncing from room to room is an everyday occurrence. There has been 2 directors that have left within a very short time frame. The latest director left only after being there for a couple of weeks. The biggest concern is safety. My child had countless injuries that no one knew about. A major head injury with a lump the size of a tennis ball was the last straw. Injuries will happen with a child but there should be enough supervision to at least know what transpired to cause the injury. I personally had a beloved teacher come up to me and tell me that I should find another daycare to bring my children to because Kids Incorporated was falling apart due to lack of leadership. I have seen teachers yell in the toddler room, teachers pull toddlers up by their wrists when trying to redirect to a new location and teachers on the playground with their phones out instead of watching the kids. I am so thankful that I got my children out of that place before something worst could happen to my kids. If you are considering Kids Incorporated on Blue Jay I would strongly suggest you find care elsewhere. Remember that inspection reports are public information and you are able to see their latest citations.

Once Colette finds out that i am writing this all hell will break loose in the hallway at kids inc. I am a current employee, but i will not say who for obvious reasons, but i am trying to get out, but i want a better job lined up first. colette nelson is loud and unethical, she will charge you up the wall if she can find a way. she has no heart at all. she is obviously loud and irritating too. Ow, for those who dont go to kids inc, colette nelson is the director, take a tour and you will know who i am talking about. (the ugly witch!) As for the classrooms get your kids out. we post ciriculm, but we arent required to follow it. I hear teachers using bad languague in front of children and everyone is using their cell while they are suppose to be watching your children, and the remarks made by concernedparent are true! they where soooo mad to hear about concerendparents review, wait till they found out about mine. LOL GET OUT OF KIDS INC IF YOU ARE THERE AND IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT IT DONT DO THAT TO YOUR KIDS, THERE ARE WAY BETTER OPTIONS THAN THIS HELL HOLE, EXCUSE FOR A "LEARNING CENTER" HA.

This is a terribly run day care. The owner owes me money from a small claims court judgement from 2 years ago and refuses to pay me. We did not renew our contract and she took us to small claims court and lost. We were awarded the judgement and now she refuses to pay. Very low integrity with ownership. The teachers were great while they lasted. Very high turn over....stay away

I have on and off been using kids inc. for 2-3 yrs. I do foster care and I have never had any issues with the program or the director. she has always been flexable with me when I needed it. my children always loved going there and still do. they love the teachers, and always came home with a new song or a new activity. thanks for saving me!!! Horrible. This used to be a great place. Now I find the teacher turn- over rate ridiculous. Not to mention the new Director Breanne. She has no people skills whatsoever. I wish it was the same place it was when I had my first two children. One needs to appreciate and respect their patrons and not be so rude and repulsive. Stay away.
