I saw another woman with an undercut design and asked her where she got it done: Level 10 and gave me the cross streets. I got there and two customers are in the barber area waiting and I asked the female hairdresser if she does undercut designs. She didnt know that was, so I showed her a picture and she said that the barbers do those. I go take a seat. More customers come in and they are getting service before me. Even the walk ins. A walk in dad says hell be right back to get cash, because thise place has no sign that theyre cash only. I get up to leave and the barber notices I have an undercut. Hey barber, you should be providing me service regardless of how long my hair is. Ultimately you did not provide me service because IM A WOMAN. I do not recommend this sexist place.

NEVER!!! come to this shop!! I have been to this shop 4 times with my boys never have I been greeted or ask"Hello, Is there a barber your waiting to see"! The barbers will let you sit on the couch till you raise up an ask "Is anyone going to cut my sons head! This has happened to me every single time I go there! Of all the shops I been to this place has no Customer Service training! The worst shop ever!! These people act like there to good to speak an they dont want your money!!

No aknowegment that youre there, not a single greet or smile. A lot of inappropriate comments, not to mention I waited two hours and I left because people were getting cuts ahead of me when I been there for hours. I will never step inside of this shop again, seems they dont care about their customers nor my business.
