I just made my first visit to Sports Barber Shop and had a very good experience. The atmosphere felt like home and the staff were very friendly I like the location near freeways and close to everything in my neighborhood. Mark gave me a haircut which was not rushed and I enjoyed that aspect because he really gave me a great cut and good conversation. I met the owner Carolyn and she was very pleasant and is out to meet your needs. I highly recommend Sports Barber Shop.

Ive been going here for 7 years. To back when it was at 43rd and Union. Im very particular about my hair as I keep a 50s style pompadour. If you need it high and tight, DA, fade, straight blade, clean shave, pompadour this is definitely the place to go and ask for Scott! He is an artist and does an amazing job. Will never go anywhere else. Polite, nice, caring, and great pricing with amazing service. You wont find a better barber shop!

Friendly staff, and though theres alot of changes in who is there , it seems they all are held to the same standard. Walk in is fine. Average haircut is 19 dollars but its pretty worth it , and if anything isnt right , the staff always asks if something needs adjustment prior to your leave . Theyre even open on the weekend , and thats incredibly helpful

This seems to be a nice place however I can never get he same barber. Every time I go in there is a new barber. I really would like to maintain the same person. The last 5 or 6 times there was someone new. Not sure if there is a turnover issue or what but not sure if I am going to return.

John did an outstanding job on my haircut. He took the time to give me a well blended neat medium length haircut. He strictly used the scissors, which i like because it is a more professional looking, and difficult to achieve, haircut. Thank you John -Khris

great place for a cut... would have given 5 stars...but every time I have the time for a trim, its on a monday........and they are closed on mondays.. now, dont get me wrong, everything else about this place is 5 stars and great to go in....on Tuesday.

Everyone was friendly and my barber knew exactly what kind of cut I wanted and I only had to ask once! My cut came out great. I would defiantly recommend this shop to anyone. And they were ALL American...lol

Unfortunately, they are closed. This was a great barbershop, but they have closed their doors. Their answering machine just says they didnt renew their lease. No further details.

Horrible, asked for a taper and gave me a ridiculously high fade. I look bald in the back and the cuts are way over priced. Messed up my line up as well, wont ever return.

Great hair cut and a nice place to watch sports. Warm shaving cream + straight edge blade to touch up the sides was a true sign of a great barber shop.
