I have never written a review before but I had such a bad experience with Red Mountain Roofing, I am taking the time. DO NOT use this company. When given a quote, things are great. They told us many things which were not true (like they would take pictures). During the quote, we specifically asked to have the scuppers replaced. My issues with the company: 1. They changed the dates of when work would be completed, sometimes without telling us. 2. We asked them to use the extra tiles we owned. I spoke with the company 3 times about this. They did not and brought their own. 3. They made a huge mess and did not try to clean up at all. This included coating chairs and other objects which could have been moved with small foam bits. We would have happily moved things if they had told us this would happen. It ruined a small chair of my daughters. They made no efforts to pick up the trash all over the backyard. 4. They did not replace the scuppers. It wasn’t until the walk through that we realized this. When we asked about it were told they did not need to be replaced. We thought this super odd because we had seen new scuppers outside our house. We had assumed they put them in. It was super disappointing but given the assurance that it wasn’t necessary; we let it go. 5. However, when we went to fix the internal damage due to the roof leaking, we realized the roof was not fixed. There was a huge hole in a scupper! It took 5 weeks to fix. Apparently, our scuppers were not regular size and they had to special order them. 6. It took half a dozen phone calls to get the scuppers fixed. 7. Once the new scuppers were in, they left without caulking around the scuppers (leaving holes that went into the house). They would not have finished the job without repeated phone calls and us noticing the lack of caulk. DO NOT use this company.

Had a leak in the spare bedroom after the rain on September 8th. and called my brother to get the name of a roofer to call. He said they were happy with the work done by "Red Mountain Roofing" so we called them to get an estimate and find out what needed done. The Estimator was Ken an extremely nice person and he went up on the flat roof and could not find anything wrong. He said that this was the worse amount of rain that fell in 75 years and actually the roof looked good and he could not see any visible damage. When do you ever hear that from a roofer lol! We highly recommend them as being a very honest trustworthy company that apparently takes care of their customers in the old fashioned way! Thank you Red Mountain Roofing and Ken! Twice now Ive called Red Mountain for roof repairs (two separate houses) and they have been very responsive and have done a good job. Both times were during monsoon season when Im sure they were very busy, as were other roofing companies that told me it would be two weeks before they could come out, but Red Mountain was able to come the very next day after I called and take care of the problem. I very much appreciate their dependability and will call them again for any future roof issues.

I called and set up an appointment, thought all was well and the night before my appointment they called to tell me they dont do small repairs. They only do larger sections and it would be a minimum of $1,500. Without even looking at my roof they were already trying to get me to cancel. Obviously they didnt want my service. I would not recommend their service as it was a waste of my time.

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof or repair. Their prices are fair and competitive, they do a really good job and the employees are honest, courteous and professional. Im very pleased with the work they did for us! No more leaks!
