We are moving into our 3rd year of working with Zion and Zion and are very happy with our experience thus far. We had initially been looking for a firm to simply help us shore up our marketing strategy, but with ZZ we essentially have the equivalent of a fortune 500s marketing department at our disposal. We initially left some of what was "working" in place and started really focusing more on client relations... something that we had not necessarily included as part of a marketing strategy. Our clients now have a far better experience working with us, from the ease of using our website all the way to how we communicate with them thereafter. We have been able to seamlessly integrate the team at ZZ with our own marketing staff without fuss, and its safe to say that we are a far better company for it.
