I just went there like awhile ago to drop off a pair of shorts just to get the elastic band in the shorts and the lady there said they dont have the material for it seriously what kind of dry cleaning place is this? And I came back asked the lady if I bring a pair of one of my skinny jeans one day to get fixed in between the legs of the jeans and she acted like she doesnt know what Im talking about.Seriously what kind of employees hired this lady that works here? Hire a new employee with a better attitude the lady that works here doesnt have a good attitude and I could totally see why this place has a one bad review from recently and I couldnt agree more with that person who wrote the bad review and see you guys had a few good reviews last year and now this year you guys got one bad review and now getting another bad review and I thought this place had better service but I guess not and all I got was worst service ever when I set foot inside and not only worst service but you guys have one stuck up employee who happens to be the lady I mentioned in the review and the reason why youre getting the bad review and more bad reviews to come from other people and in case youre wondering why you guys are getting bad reviews its the lady who works for you guys

Horrible service. I came this morning and ask to an ugly lady how much for clean my silk pants, she was soo bad and answer me " 2.50 the price is over there, dont you see"??? What the hell is that answer?? What this people think that we dont have more place to go? If the owner is that lady shame in her, but if not you should have people with good actitude+
