When I first moved to Roseville, Fresh & Save was closed down. Shortly thereafter, they re-opened and since they were closer to my home, I tried them. Not bad, not great…but convenient. That changed in November of 2010 when I took a load of dry cleaning in, when I picked it up…one of my shirts was “not ready”. After a few weeks of stalling, they finally told me that my shirt was ruined in the dry cleaning process…someone had left a pen in another garment and it had stained my shirt. They offered me $29 in store credit as compensation, which I found unacceptable for a $100 shirt. Rick (ownermanager) gave me his cell number to call him and work out an acceptable solution. He stated that he is only obligated to 10x the cost of cleaning. I asked him what he would do if I brought in a $1000 suit and it got ruined, he said that never happens (suits getting ruined) but it did happen to my shirt. After months of calling leaving messages and not getting calls back, I gave up. I picked up the ruined shirt (which I prepaid for cleaning) and am putting it to use here to warn prospective customers that Fresh & Save does not stand behind their work…

This business is run horribly. When I dropped off my clothes, I told them that I need a quick turnaround which I in turn paid extra for. When I went in to pick up my clothes on the agreed upon day, my clothes still hadnt been touched. While I was waiting for the worker to figure out what to do, 3 other customers came in but their clothes were lost and/or misplaced. I highly recommend not using this business unless you want to wait a long time and possibly have your clothing lost.

I have used them a couple of times since moving to Roseville. Friendly service, clothes are clean, prices are good, turn around time is quick. What is not to like?
