October 1, 2016: The guy that just did my carpets was Danny. The hoses were leaking & there was water all over the hardwood floors. In additon to this the hoses were filty and that is how my hardwood floors look now. He left the carpets soaking. This process is only supposed to take a couple of hours to dry BUT it is going to take days. I have used the CHEM-DRY service before but Danny did not do the same job as his predecessors. He did not vacumn nor clean the baseboards. He did not rake the carpet after either. October 2, 2016: the carpets are still soaked. we have been unable to move the furniture back into the bedrooms.
