I just couldnt fall asleep, I really didnt want to write a bad review, because I really got happy when I found out that such people from my homeland had opened a salon in LA (I have even participated in their show ones when I was a university student back in begging of 2000), but I think I have to do it in order to make this place better! Today I had worse haircut for 95$, it wasnt even a haircut, just a trim. The hair stylist couldnt even make it straight (no words), but thats fine, people make mistakes, the bad part of this situation is that the owners (who are extremely professionals) where right beside, sow and heard my case and chose not to get involved, thats what really disappointed me! I could believe and didnt expect to have such unprofessional situation at this salon, its just doesnt make sense, owners are great teachers! My husbands was suppose to have a haircut too, but we decided not too, one bad experience is more than enough))) Dear owners, I would suggest to try your employees on yourself first! Please do take a look closer on my hair again. I am really upset. We really cant find a perfect place for us to have everything done perfectly, I really hoped this place would be the one.

Friend of mine sent me the promotion flyer for Healthy Hair Treatment for any of Monday till the end of August. i had appointment at 12. came lil bit earlier. the manager Rusana is very nice person she offered glass of champaign or coffee. This is very modern design. so comfy chairs. they have Micro Mist System. i heard about it from my european friends and finally found it here. so im lucky to have such kind of gift certificate for me. now my hair my healthy, stronger and shiny and smells so good. you will love this place of paradise.

When you walk in, the young lady at reception was very hospitable. offer me a drink, seat etc. She walked me up stairs and made me feel very comfortable. My hand masseuse for the Hand Coffee Scrub was a wonderful very nice young woman. Gave very much info about the Scrub and how to take care of my hands, Love her!!!!

Natalia is one of the best stylists! My hair is always so beautiful and healthy after color and cut with her! The salon is luxurious, yet unpretentious. Theres a cute clothes section and a fashion runway show being protected on the wall. Certainly a place to be pampered at a reasonable price!
