Horrible customer service from the Barber Ruben. Every organization has their cancer and I have identified this organizations. They are lucky I cannot provide Negative Stars. Only twice have I stood up from a hair cut. The first was due to an inexperienced barber. The second was due to the a lack of respect, professionalism, integrity and character that Ruben (the barber) displayed. I kindly, reminded him that on my previous visit that I had payed double what there going rate was due to the complexity of my hair cut and he proceeded on with his disrespect and rude threats of walking out in the middle of my hair cut. I decided I would not trust a barber who had the nerve to speak like this to a paying customer.

Barber trimmed my moustache without permission. It happened pretty quick. I thought he was asking how I style it. Next thing I know my mustache looks stupid. Not happy. I only wanted a haircut.
