The negative reviews on this site are outrageous! My experience has been quite the opposite. I have never had a problem with this staffing agency. They have been nothing but supportive and cooperative to both my schedule and my needs. I have been scheduled and rescheduled by many of the same companies over and over again. While I was being tested and pre-interviewed at the agency, I was honest and upfront about both my skills and my employment needs and expectations with both Janet and Gaby (who have both been nothing but pleasant to me). While Im at the job-site, I do exactly what I am supposed to and adhere to the highest of standards. Its a BUSINESS relationship - - not a friendship that I have with the ladies of the agency. Working for a staff agency is a reciprocal exercise. I make them look good and they hook me up with some fairly cool companies like recording studios, video game companies, and powerful ad agencies. Basically, if I work for them, theyll work for me. In this economy, I am confident that they are doing all they can for and with me. The trick is to be as dedicated to finding a position for YOURSELF as you want the agency to be. That means calling them, staying on top of it, and building on your marketable skills to make it an easier sell all around.

The first day at work I got into a car accident. (not my fault) I called the Burbank agency immediately and their first response was, "Oh I dont know if I can hold this job for you." Then after I worked there for 2 weeks I received a phonecall from the agency on Friday night at 7pm, they told me the company doesnt need me anymore. Then Gaby one of the staffmembers also told me, "yeah I told some girl at the company to tell you, because I had another job for you." Some girl??!! How about my supervisor or HR department? They ended up offering me a position days later at a dreadfull place. I quickly asked the agency for something else. Ever since they have not offered me a job. (only one time and this job was so far away it would gulp up just one pay check because of the gasprices) All the time when I call, they quickly reply by saying, "No we have nothing at the moment, but do check in." Their pay is low. And one time I saw their advertisement on Craigslist and I called and said, " you do have a position available and they said, oke we will sent your resume." The next day they simply said, my resume wasnt good enough. Thats weird, all the time they told me how great my resume was. So now I know, they are also revengeful.

Super responsive and friendly staff. Highly professional. Provides skills testing and good office jobs. Highly recommended. 4.5 stars, with the only ding being that time-sheets are strictly paper.
