After reading plenty of great reviews on Yelp about this salon, I decided to take a risk and see what the hype was all about. Rudy Delcid Beauty Salon definitely lives up to the reviews. First of all, the moment I walked in (I entered through the back door) I was warmly greeted by one of the male stylists. Right off the bat I felt welcomed. Now lemme tell you about the interior: one of the most elegant, stylish, and attractive salons Ive seen. It is quite spacious and feels like I am at a swanky salon up in Hollywood. Theres a large flat screen TV and such comfy armchairs for guests to sit and wait in. The walls are painted a lovely light green that makes the entire room feel bright and inviting. Rudy himself acknowledged my presence with a kind greeting and assured me he would attend to me next. As soon as he was done with the previous customer he walked straight over to my seat and asked if I was ready. Not once did I feel uncomfortable being a new client. Rudy certainly made me feel at home. I described to him what I wanted, but essentially allowed him to have creative control. He was very gentle with handling and brushing my hair (although I have straight hair, some stylists have not been so gentle with the few bad tangles). Throughout my haircut we chatted up about a few things and from that first conversation I already knew he was a good person and loved his job. Theres nothing better than having a good haircut from a person who truly is passionate about his line of work. Once my haircut was done, he blow dried my hair and even curled it! Never in all my haircuts have I had this experience. My hair was the exact length and style I had envisioned and looked so bouncy and full. Rudy went above and beyond my expectations. The pricing for my haircut was affordable and reflects the quality of his services. I can honestly say I love my new hair and Rudy Delcid Beauty Salon is now my go-to-salon. I will absolutely come back again and again. So if you want a great haircut from a respectable and friendly stylist, not to mention for such a good price, this salon is the perfect pick! Came in waited for 15 min, and there was no one on the floor. I thought that they were probably not working, since I was tired of waiting and saying loudly "hello", "anyone working today?". I could hear them chattong in side, butvno service. The place was completely empty. After 15 minutes a lady came out, I told her I needed a hair cut. I told her who I was looking for, since I had been there before. She said, "I will go get him right now." I waited about 3-5 min. The hairstylist and another gentleman came out, and they said, so sorry we have the whole day booked. I told them, "this lady (her being present) just told me that he could do it.". The gentleman said, sorry we are all booked today. You can come back another day. What a lack of respect and customer service. Im glad I did not get a hair cut there, never coming back again.

Worst hair color experience I have ever had. I went in a blonde and came out a brunette. I even showed a picture of what Blonde I wanted, but the owner was telling the stylist what he wanted my color to be. Unfortunately, my Spanish is limited and they would not speak English. I was bored and left very unhappy. Instead of offering to fix it, they tried to overcharge me!! Will never go back and have warned my colleagues to avoid this place.

I have been going to Rudy for the last 4 yrs and not once has he disappointed me. He is the best hairdresser that I have ever been too I have highlights and my hair is super healthy(go every 3 months) he cuts my hair does highlights and blows drys and straightens my hair. Definitely recommend this place. You will not be dissapointed! recommend it

I called ahead of time and they told me that walk ins were welcome, so I rode my bike 20 minutes to get there 1.5 hours before they closed (7:00) and they told me they were closed at 5:30. WILL NOT GO BACK.
