LONG STORY SHORT, process but worth it. my experience was super good. when i first came into Los Angeles County from fresno I was searching for an agency so I found the Select staffing at carson and I called to see if theres any forklift position, I gave her my information and the recruiters said come on in sir, I am going to make sure you start today and she made it happen. she set up the interview and if I were to pass the interview I would start that same hour of the day. well guess what I failed the Forklift test and I told the recruiter about it and she was still ambitious and confident like it was nothing, its like she knows whats going to happen next lol. so she told me to go back to the office, so I did. and that she was going to get me in there still but as a general labor at $11.50 and from there that I can move my way up as a Forklift Driver, so guess what she gave me my badge and i went back where i took the forklift test and started work as a general labor that same day. also i want to share that I got promoted as a Forklift Driver yesterday. I started that job 29th of june 2016... my recruiter was about her word .DUDE I never met someone that has such great communication skills and leadership . she plays a big role on communication feedback. shes with you along the way. if you need anything from her. shell give you her direct line, email and even her personal line just to follow up with u. WHO DOES THAT? shes the real deal. thank you so much JASMINE BEJAR you really are a big help. I highly recommend to ask for jasmine. she will help you get a job.

My experience with this Agency was superb and absolutely phenomenal. I engaged this agency to help recruit my clients and put them back to work . The front office worker, Jasmine was excellent in her professionalism, a collaborator; good listener, goal oriented, accommodator. Very clean and professional business setting. I was greeted immediately as I walked into the establishment by Ana at the front desk, she was friendly and efficient and got me situated with the paperwork I needed to start working. There was no hassle or long wait and everything was organized and ran quickly and smoothly. My interviewer was Michelle, and right away she input the information to run my background check, which is ideal for me seeing as most companies take FOREVER to even initiate the process. I actually enjoyed being here because of the welcoming, "family" vibe the office has; they didnt make me nervous or anxious like I usually am when doing interviews. All in all, theyve earned my 5 stars and I will definitely refer my friends and family to apply here.

I hate writing reviews but I had to this jasmin was the most unprofessional person she was rude and inconsiderate. She told me I would never find I job because off my disability I couldnt believe the word that she was telling me .i told her I wanted to speak the the manger she said she runs this bi*** . Am seriously thinking of of reporting this discrimination against disable people . You have no morals no respect for people I do not understand how they allow a person like that to represent a corporate. You are evil and ugly . This company doesnt care for people . Jasmin you are the more evil person I have never meet in my life I wish there will fire you because you dont deserve to have a job discriminating people

To be honest I seen the reviews & thought about coming in , but we all have our own opinion and I always know theirs ALWAYS two sides to a story . I wanted to go in and see for myself and Im very glad I did . My experiences with select staffing was nothing compare to others experience they were all very nice and had good manners when walking in everyone seemed very polite , Jasmin was very helpful and understood how badly I needed this job , she really put in the effort and took the time to find me a job that fitted my past work history. I appreciate her effort and kindness & yes they should hire more people like her who take their job to another level and who puts in the extra effort to help others .
