It’s very rare that I write reviews. Only when I’m immensely impressed or horrifically disappointed do I feel the need to share my experience with others. This time is definitely an instance of the latter. I called ahead to have a medium pizza to go. I was told it would take about 15 minutes to make. I arrived on time to a completely empty store, and two employees standing and talking in the back. I waited about 5 minutes, before I got the attention of the two girls working so one of them could ring me up. The one girl who came out then went back to get my pizza, and returned shortly saying they had forgotten to take my pizza out of the oven so it had burned. They offered to make me a new one and said it should take about 15-20 minutes. While I was waiting, two gentlemen came in and were left waiting at the counter as well. I overheard their conversation and discovered they were simply waiting to order drinks. I chimed in and said that they might have a faster, easier (and probably cheaper) time if they went next door to the liquor store. After ten minutes of waiting and only once being called to from the back, “We’ll be with you in a second!” the two left. Just as they were leaving though, one of the girls, a girl named Paige, came out to finally take their order. When they said it was alright, that they were going to just go next door, Paige scoffed and said, “Alright, whatever!” and turned to go back into the kitchen. I got her attention though before she went back, and asked if I could have a plate for salad while I was waiting for my pizza. She simply said “sure”, and went to get me the plate. When I reached out for the plate however, she slid it to me from across the counter and called back from over her shoulder, “There ya go.” After another 10 minutes I finally got my pizza with nothing more than, “Your pizza’s ready.” This has to have been the worst experience I have ever had at any pizza restaurant anywhere. Round Table may claim to be “the last honest pizza”, but because of the service I received from a light brown hair girl named Paige and dark haired girl named April, today was honestly the last time I’ll be going to the Round Table on Treat Blvd.

We had the best experience at the Round Table Pizza on Treat Blvd, Concord, CA store # 0306 on 19th of Nov 2011. We had hosted our childs Birthday Party there and we received excellent Customer Service experience exceeding our expectations. There was ample of space for the guests and kids to play and have fun, complete with the video game arcade and face painting. The place was clean, the food tasted good and the service was quick & prompt. Our guests greatly enjoyed the pizza and the size of the room since the children had freedom to run around & play games unlike other places where there are so many restrictions & limited space. We would especially like to thank and acknowledge the awesome customer service skill executed by Jesus, the manager and his team and our server Amy. Without the kind help of Jesus, this could not have been possible. He listened and carried out all our requests efficiently and promptly. Jesus did not budge to extend his time and attention in rendering us great customer service and helping us making our party a wonderful experience! Our guests enjoyed the party and the place and were encouraged to host future parties at Round Table Pizza, as for us we are spreading our wonderful & fun experience at Round Table Pizza among our friends so that they can get an opportunity to benefit from this impeccable customer service.

Wow what a makeover the inside has gone through. Went last Tuesday evening and was impressed and shocked by how modern, trendy and welcoming the place is. My only suggestion is that the employees should explain the self serve beer bar more slowly (He rushed through it) and not be annoyed if you have to repeat yourself to me. The self-serve bar is unique and interesting. All you do is give them a credit card to hold until your ready to pay, they give you a wristband with a plastic circle on it, go over to the self-serve wine and beer bar, pick your glass (different sizes and styles), decide on the beer or wine (they are priced per ounce), put the circle on your wrist band against the selected drinks sign which has a circle in the bottom right corner, touch the circles together until the top of the sign turns green, and poor drink. If drinking beer tilt your glass away from you towards the wall while you poor. This reduces the amount of foam in the glass

Ok so normally it takes a lot for me to give pizza places 5 stars. I have to say that being away from norcal for several years makes me miss round table. I also received really great service when I picked up my pizza this past Sunday afternoon which made it a 5 star experience. There is a lot of good ones to choose from but when I come back to visit I stick with a simple pepperoni and jalapeno pizza and I am never disappointed.

I ask the young lady serving us how long it would take to cook a large pizza. She said it would be about 1 minutes. I said great as I have a meeting in 45 minutes. 35 minutes later and two trips to the counter, our pizza came out of the oven. They had mixed the orders up. We ended up taking the boxed up pizza and going to my meeting. Had a piece of cold pizza afterwards. $33 wasted. I wont be back.

We went there yesterday (05/22) and ordered Veg medium size pizza. We have visited this place several times earlier and experience was good. But yesterday, it was horrible. Quality of pizza is very bad. It was not cooked properly, looking at the base - seems it was not hand made and it was like frozen pizza, they just heated it up and served (even that is better than which I had yesterday).

Love this place. Lots of self serve beer and wine! Very cool concept. Great for kids and adults. They have great burgers too! The mini arcade is all new with skee ball. The salad bar has hard boiled eggs and the mini corns you like. There are two rooms you can rent for either a kids party or a meeting. Lots of TVS to watch any game. See you there.

The inside is very trendy and clean. There is a game room to the side that has a selection of games but is not a distraction for anyone. They also have a self service Tap that services wine and beer with a large variety

Quality of the pizza was great and salad bar ingredients were fresh. I suggest going between 5pm and 8pm sun-th to take advantage of the discounted pitchers of beer during happy hour.

Kids 5 and under free for buffet. They happily put out cheese for her after I asked. The updated game room is even fun for a 4 year old. Everything on buffet looked fresh.

Lunch buffet is always good. There is a meeting room in the back you can reserve for meetings or small partys. I think it holds about 35 people. Easy access and parking.
