Cooler Man

This place is a real waste of time. You can tell them your availability and they will still disregard it and ask you to take crap positions. I worked graveyard for minimum wage and originally was told the pay was $11.50. They denied saying that but the job ended up being close to my school so I kept it. I told the boss of the jobsite if i could leave an hour hourly 2 days out of the week for school and she was fine with it at first. I get a call saying the assignment has ended a couple weeks after. Now when I call if they have 3rd shift jobs they say no, but I am looking at craigslist listings and postings saying otherwise. This place only wants you if you are hard up/ desperate and acts as if they are giving you a career instead of a monkey job for which anybody with pulses can do.

I am totally unhappy with this company for the following reason/s. Most unprofessional staff in regards to NEVER returning phone calls when they say they will. Present false leads for job services, i.e. lead me to believe that I will receive a call from an employer as soon as that employer is out of a meeting, waiting for a supervisor to make a decision, you name it. I call and leave messages, then when someone gets on the phone they ask all the same questions again and say they will leave a message and STILL no phone calls back. Even if I was given a slight chance of a job offer I would not believe that staff at this company. I feel they are biased and serve only certain genders and other than English language speakers.

They really are the worst. They never return calls. when you call and ask to speak with your so called recruiter and the receptionist asks your name....forget about it! you will be told they are on the phone or in a meeting. dont wait for a return call, it wont happen. if you have an issue at assignment, they will not support you. this staff is rude and gives assignments to friends and family. dont waste your time if you have bills to pay. PS....the jobs are their website dont exist

This place is just a meeting place for the "workers" to gossip and talk rudely about other people . The girls give rude looks and act so immature in the way that they carry themselves at work. They probably will give you a job once but if you end up leaving for whatever reason they will not give you another job. When you call they will say they have no jobs but they will be posting job ads on craiglist and on their website . I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone .

First of all, the 1st day I went in to apply, all the co workers were all huddled up in a circle hearing to one of the other co workers personal drama, they were cursing out loud, laughing, like they were having a party, by far very unprofessional! Any management looking at this review, you need to pay attention who you have working in your office, receptionists are very rude, unprofessional, and doesnt have a positive attitude. None other the less, i was greeted poorly!

Extremely unprofessional!!! Owner Kimberly from Glendale site is rude with a negative attitude. Amazed how shes the owner!!! No wonder Express Employment Professionals has all the bad reviews. Dont go there or even apply. All they do is gather applications for there own data to increase the number of people who applied. The more applications they get.. the more they look good and get commissioned.
