Ive sat here for an hour. The doors says they open at 9:00am. The first employee didnt show up until 9:10am, the 2nd at 9:20am. Ive been waiting for over an hour now and they have yet to complete 2 hair cuts (1 in each chair). The 3rd employee is apparently not working today so hes sitting here visiting with everyone whos waiting. Ive never experienced anything quite like this... Ive never seen a barber work at this pace before. Painstakingly slow... if I wasnt desperate for a haircut, Id leave now. My recommendation - DO NOT COME HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. UPDATE - at 10:15am, some finally greeted me and said they could not cut my hair today. An hour and 25 minutes after arriving at the facility, they acknowledged my presence and told me they couldnt help me. I would have been perfectly fine with that answer had they told me when I arrived. Im not ok with that answer after waiting... I left, went to the barbershop on Firestone near Portos, was greeted promptly and had my head shaved and out the door within 20 minutes.

Its been a long time since I sat in a chair and got a real haircut. Oscar took the time and care to give me a perfect cut; not like most other places where you get sheared and booted out. I thought the price was a bargain for the quality. The place is spacious, modern and clean. Ill be back there for sure.
