If I had a chance I would rate at 0.0 stars. I always had come here and have had a positive experience. But yesterday I had brought my car to be washed after months of not washing it. I woke up this morning to find my driver side rear tire to be flat completely. Nothing to think of it, so I changed the tire and took my car to Sams club where I purchase the tires. Apparently the tire is fine but the rim of the car is damaged. I asked how that could of happened and they told me that it can happen by hitting a curb. So I drove home, when I got home, I inspected the rim and I thought the damage would of been on the outside but it is not... it is on the inside. I realized that one of the workers had turn on my car when it was taken out from the wash line. I was sitting outside in the quad... I didnt piece it together until what the Sams Club tire tech had told me. My vehicle does not have a power steering column... it has an electronic steering column... in other words... it needs the car to be on so it can freely move. An Original New Stock rim cost with shipping 380.00... what I thought was 17.00 for a wash... came to 400.00 I pray that the management team can get to the bottom of this, dont let this happen to someone else. Edit: I still dont know how it decided to go flat, however after speaking with Omed, and coming down to Downey from San Gabriel Valley.The manager on duty (Oscar and Angel) were professional in fixing the rim. I am happy with the service. Apparently the rim had corrossion build up within the inside of the rim. I apologize for the trouble caused in this fiasco. Edit: Back to one star. I was given the impression that it was fixed. This is ridiculous... Their tire technician put back on the tire that has a leak somewhere... didnt fully inspect the tire. Just inspect it where the Sams Club Technician put the marking. Placed this dangerous item onto my car. Let me drive off the lot w/o knowing if this tire will cause an accident on my commute to church. I come out of church to a flat tire. I had to change it at night w/o light back to the spare. Not only was I made a fool, they tried to show me that there is no way the tire can be damaged by them.

I was impressed with the reviews and also that they are truly a hand wash and they dont use automatic brushes Im pretty sure my fellow car enthusiasts agree. Ive always worked in jobs with commission for about ten years and has now been in the car business for two years and I give great customer service so I expect that especially it being my first time here. I drove from San Jose so there were bugs on my front end. I asked they guy who wrote me up what he recommended and said "which ever one you want" I expected him to walk around my car and consult me on which package he thinks would be suffice, but he didnt. Towards the end I asked the other guy who dried my car if he had spilled mm applied the tire shine because I didnt see (while I was handing him a $10 tip) it might name been a language barrier but even with that he didnt even care to grab someone who spoke English to find out what I was saying. He just wanted the money I was handing him. I will never take my car here again, I feel robbed. if I could I would give this place half a star. My car still had bugs on the front end.

Paid $30 for a wash and had to ask them twice to clean the inside. A very poor cleaning job, hardly worth much considering I am going to have to pay someone else to clean the inside. Outside of the car was fine but the inside didnt seem touched, even after I asked them to clean it again and pointed numerous spots I wanted gone. I dont understand how they are busy with such awful service...

Called to ask about a coupon that they have online for Norwalk residents, I asked the lady that answered about it and she said she didnt know what I was talking about. After I asked if I went if I had to show the coupon physically or if its okay to just show it on the phone, very rudely she said on the phone and hung up. Horrible costumer service. And was really looking forward to going.

really disappointed on the services. I was really clear to the first guy I needed my interior clean and paid $30 for it. Really fast services, the problem is that they did everything to fast and forgot about my interior. I still have dirt in my dashboard and other places. No complaints about the exterior. If you guys are gonna charge more make sure it gets done next time.

Good price, quality work, and is quick at least during the week. The basic wash is $20 and it goes up from there. There is a nice shooting feel to it on the outside with the small waterfall. The inside is clean, and the waiting area also, is pretty cool when you see your car trough the glass window, you can wave ti ti our car lol

I always say Im gonna stop coming here but this time really have to find a new spot poor cleaning dont ever vacuum well and on top my car air dried it self ....took them about 35 min to start on mine other cars came after mine and were gone before me ....I dont know what I been think wasting my money here over a year....

maybe its because my car isnt new and these guys thought I wouldnt care, but they didnt vacuum very good or clean the inside at all. they also left the tire dressing on without wiping any off. had to have them redo inside completely and it took them a while to even get to it. it still looked terrible.

I stopped coming here after the mechanics incident next door (same owner). But, the people at the car wash are just a bunch of hard working people and do a great job. Do not forget to sign in for the rewards! They add up fast... I king of miss going there, oh well, have avoid confrontation.....

I spent 25 dollars (19.99wash/5tip)on a mediocre car wash! Very disappointed. I had in total of four ppl touch my car and it still wasnt thoroughly cleaned, not to mention I never received my air freshener. Ive finally learned my lesson and decided its better to just wash your own car.

I had to show the guy my car was dirty in 3 spots after he told me it was done. Then he said its because my car was scratched. My car was not scratched, it was dirty because you didnt clean it properly. After pointing it out and he redid it it came out. No scratch.

The people are pleasant but the work was poor. I had to ask them to vacuum my car again because it looked like it was vacuum by my kid. Thats very upsetting, were all very busy and to have to wait another 20 minutes because they didnt do their job. I paid $30.00

Best car wash in town IMO! You get what you pay for and the base hand wash is great for cheap. If you want to spend more you get more. They have clay bar and wax options as well as interior detailing. They use top of the line products. Thumbs up from me!
