Do not go!! I paid whole year tuition and I was told there is No Refund when i was decide not to continue. I decide not continue because the teacher and the director are very rude to students. They always push you buy something from their related ballet store. I even receive phone calls from the teachers private cell phone and push me buy their leotard, ballet shoes, tights, and hair nets. I already bought couple of black leotard and pink shoes and white thighs from target, but i was told I have to buy from their related ballet store. The teacher and the director are mother and daughter, they are very unprofessional to do business. also, they use different ways and pressure to your child to force your child buy. My daughter is left alone aside just because we didnt decide to attend the recital or not. The teacher has all other child dress up expect my daughter during the ballet class just because we havent decide to go to the recital or not. My daughter cried and got hurt because of this rude attitude. The teacher always says : this is Europe way." Yes, I know Europe is more strict in education and europe is very big, which part of Europe are they from? If they stands for the whole Europe, i believe Europe people will stands for unprofessional and rude and cold blood and greedy, which is what I dont believe in at all. To my understand, Europe people all very gental, soft, very polite, not like they said:" This is Europe way." They always said on facebook, they got very good review, I believe, if so, then they are all friends review. Believe or not, if your child got in, if you are not keep buying, then, your Child will be leave alone aside in class! Believe or not, the recital fee is $150 each dancer plus $15 per parents for the tickets to get into the recital even its only hosted in an elementary school multi room! Bellissima Dance is a nightmare of my daughter and me!

Pros: The ballet training is excellent here. Cons: Terrible customer service and poor business ethics. This studio allows young girls to teach classes when instructors are gone. The substitutes are not paid instructors, but 13-14 year-olds who are left in charge without an employee on site. When I mentioned this as a concern to the owner, I stated that my daughter would not be doing the upcoming recital that I had previously committed to five days earlier, as our future with the dance studio was uncertain. They charged my credit card the recital fee two days prior and refused to refund the fee stating that they had already taken a loss by her prior commitment to the recital. Also beware of the cost of classes when signing up as they are not accurately stated on their website.
