Professional. Affordable. Reliable. The best barbershop in Encinitas. Rico, the barber, is an expert. Service is excellent and courteous. Great conversationalists if you want to talk current events. The haircut is relaxing, as good music plays in the background. Barbers are well-trained and prepared to handle all types of cuts and styles. Barbers take all their sweet time to make sure haircut turns out perfectly. The inside has a classic, vintage feel. The ambiance is friendly and welcoming. Kind of reminds me of the neighborhood barbershop that you see in the movies. Best price in Encinitas. Cost is extremely reaonable. Cash only. ATM inside. Call ahead of time to check the wait time, as this is a popular place. Barbershop sells hair products, waxes, and gels. Owner has 4 other shops: 2 in Oceanside, 1 in Vista, and 1 in Temecula. Loved my cut, loved the experience and loved the price. If you want to get a REAL haircut from true professionals, American Deluxe Barber Shop is your place!

First time coming here, I got this one lady barber, I thought she knew what she was doing, I asked for a mid fade with a lined up in the front.... I got a high n tight hair cut..... when I was there I was so embarrassed with the hair cut that I just wanted to pay and leave... I will not go back... Id rather spend 20 bucks at Super cuts and get a horrible cut from them.... atleast they listen

ALL the barbers at ADB know how to cut. You dont have to sit in a queue for the first or second chair. Ive never waited for more than 15 minutes and always walk out with a good looking do. My hair is really course and tends to get out-of-control bushy after just a couple weeks. Cuts from the ADB barbers keep me looking sharp well past 4 weeks. Thanks for the great service!

This is a very popular place for the right reasons! My husband comes here since before I met him. Hes always looking sharp! His last visit he took our boy...almost two years old. Lets just say that this place is not very kid friendly. But its excellent for adults.
