Beware this store, ClickAway is not a Verizon dealer, you can get Verizon products much cheaper on line or at a Verizon dealer. I was a first time buyer and went into them and bought a new phone for $650 and was told that was the best price, I went home and was looking online to find a user manual (one does not come with the phone) directly on the Verizon site. I found my phone on the Verizon site for $480 and when I went to return the phone at ClickAway they wanted to charge me $50 for something that I had never used. I feel that they took complete advantage of me and I will never do business with them again and I recommend that no one else does either. They misrepresent themselves completely. Again, beware of ClickAway, you can purchase Verizon products much cheaper at Verizon online or at a Verizon corporate store

I went into the ClickAway Verizon store to change my service from AT&T to Verizon. I worked with Daniel, and he helped me understand the steps I needed to take to switch my carrier and how the mobile hotspot worked. He was very friendly, obviously an expert in his technical knowledge, and quite efficient. Not only do I have a better coverage now with Verizon in the Fort Bragg area, I also feel comfortable about returning to the store anytime to answer any questions or troubleshoot issues that I might have. Really, I could not rate their customer service any higher.

Do I go into the Verizon store in fort Bragg because the screen on my S7 went blank and would not function. The guy behind the counter tells me my phone is no good and the file a claim with the insurance. When I call them they tell me its probably a tech issue and give me there number. When I call them they walk me through a short reboot and bingo phone comes to life. In short the man at the Verizon store in fort Bragg is not very well trained or just didnt want to be bothered. Poor customer service.
