Came five minutes late one day after closing to pick up my clothes, and the man behind the glass walls wouldnt open the door despite seeing me. The last straw was when they left a bunch of fuzz on my clothes. Never coming back again.

Not speedy. Also not honest. They tried to make me pay for clothes on pickup that I already paid for on drop off. Also, clothes come back with dog hair and cat hair on them. I dont own pets!
