Would only go here for eyebrows/ threading because I like a few professionals for threading. Go here in rush hour and youre screwed. With the exception of one or two people they tend to treat you like sheep unless of course youre white - then you get smiles and all :). The other day I forgot my wallet at home and asked if I can leave the salon to get the money, they made me leave my hand bag so that I dont get away without paying them their $5. So much for customer service and returning to them every other week for eyebrows. I think they should consider trust as part of their services.

Overall experience regarding hair cut is just fine Where as coming to beard is was really a nightmare I was trying to set alook of french beard from last couple of months I tried to explain her that i need a french cut of V shape she was unable to understand Once in a while she keeps on doing something and she was suggesting me to do it by myself at last i was irritated and had a clean shave I do not recommend this saloon for beard at all And I suggest shiva saloon to hire at least one men to do beard stuff Where they are charging almost equally to the haircut

Never go there for a bikini wax. the lady who does it is the owner and she is incompetent and lazy. Also on one occasion I went for a butt wax. One lady waxed whilst the other women stayed in the room.it made me feel uncomfortable. In general they are unprofessional and half of them dont know English. Furthermore , if a client is there to wax go up and ask them what they are having done instead of asking in front of everyone in the waiting area. I mean what if someone is having their private done. No common sense or client respect or client confidentiality.

Depending on the owners mood, this can be a great visit or a mediocre visit. They do a great job listing to you about your wants for eyebrows and they do really fast waxing for all your body. The only thing that can be a hit or miss is a Brazilian wax because only the owner does it and if she is available then she will use the "blue wax" for you. They charge double the price for blue wax but still cheaper than other places btw. She doesnt hold anything when shes pulling so if you like that stretch, forget it! Overall great job for your money.

The worst salon Ive ever been to.....very very unprofessional people...... lots of them bad at english..... pathetic customer service..... and most of the ladies who do eyebrows and stuff would just try to rush on u and grab their other client.... third class salon, dont ever waste ur time going there. I hate that place now.

They do not have good customer service and Eticates they hurry the threading so they can get more customers and they smell of sweat and owner kanika needs to be take customer service classes she can open many chains keep low price but people will not return if there is no quality in their work.

Dont go to set your hairs. The worst place to Hair style or hair setting. I tried it three times, every time I got disappointed. No care for your hairs. They dont use thermal protection to your hairs before using flat iron. No finishing and quality n their work at all. I hate this place.

My favorite and most trusted employee there is Indu! She delivers a fabulous service and is very sweet and kind. She knows exactly how I want my eyebrows done and the results are amazing each time. I recommend her to anyone that wants to get threading or waxing done.

They are reliable and friendly for face threading. Disappointed though that they raised their full face threading 33% not 10% Jan 1. I will still go here when in Fremont but will now consider other similar priced salons near my home.

Very poor hair stylist. I just went on Saturday. There was lady in the corner who actually dont know how to do a haircut. Now, she ruined my haircut. They are cheap in price and useless in their services. Never suggest anyone.
