This office sucks. Its is unorganized, the staff acts as if everybody that walks through the door are less than they are, and they keep none of there documents in a secure location. When I asked the guy at the counter where he kept the documents (copies of social security cards, passports, etc..) he pointed to the filing cabinet behind him, where anyone can just walk to. When I asked him if it was locked, he said "No, its unlocked" with a condescending tone. Are you serious.. Its enough that the location of the office is in tacky area where it smells like dumpster and piss all over, but then you have a smart aleck nobody who talks down to you, probable because its his way of having some sense of superiority since he was probably a loner in high school who got pushed around for being weak. If you ask, its not worth it. I took my documents and got the hell out of there.
