I took one shirt and one pair of shorts for alteration. This place was recommended by a friend since she heard my last cleaners ruined a shirt of mine. The shirt needed to be taken the shoulders, pants needed to be hemed and taken in. I asked how much thos would cost and the front desk girl assured me it would not be much money. I picked up my clothes to discover it was $40!!! What!!! I cannot fathom why it cost so much . Had I known this over priced service I would have never brought my clothes. I would presume the front desk staff should know alteration prices or they should be posted so customers have the ability to see what they will pay for their alterations. I will not be coming back not will I recommend this place to others. Ps. Picked up the shirt and it was not fitted correctly. Still too big. Decided to not leave it as I dont want to pay an additional $16 for a new hem.

I took my favorite pair of Hugo Boss blue dress pants here and they came back with bleach stains. I asked the manager Mr. Lee what happened and he said that I brought the pants in that way. I am appalled that Mr. Lee refused responsibility. I asked Mr. Lee if I had brought these pants in with bleach stains, why did he dry clean them anyway? I am now trying to get these pants dyed to their original color but it is difficult to find these services. Im fortunate that I have other pairs of dress pants to go to work in but my most expensive pants appear to have been ruined.
