It seems almost all the reviews of this place is pretty nice. Well, that wasnt our experience. It started out great, they were helpful and explained a lot, and accommodating we thought, and it is not cheap folks. Their friendly approach was not so great as soon as we committed to sign our son. We had to take him out due to illness, and when we went back to get his items back, they lost some of his bedding items, and didnt even care to replace them or anything. The director, basically said, "I am so sorry about that." I paid this place $162.00 for a total of 8 hours a week. Thats a lot of money for me. $54.00 for less than 4 hours a day and only two days a week. I provided all his food my self, due to his allergy, etc. There was one sweet young lady, Daniela, I think her name was, who paid adequate attention to him and the others didnt even check if he ate enough, and didnt do their information report properly, so I couldnt see what he ate or what he didnt like, etc. The minute I put him in the car, he would ask me..., " Yum Yum mommy", and this just broke my heart every time. The price would not have bothered me, had the result been excellent. Anyway, good luck parents.

I have three children, ages 11, 7, and 2 1/2. My youngest attends Childtime currently (hes been there since he was 2 months old), and my two older children attended from the time they were 1 1/2 (my oldest) and 4 months (my middle child) until they started kindergarten. We LOVE Childtime! The teachers are all so welcoming and loving, and the director and assistant director are both so professional and caring. My children have all LOVED all their teachers and have enjoyed all the experiences Childtime has given to them. My two older children still talk about the friends they made while at Childtime and about their favorite teachers, and they always jump at the chance to go visit their former preschool when they can (and all the teachers still remember their names and welcome them with open arms). I wish I could stay home with my children, but since that is not an option, CHILDTIME is the next best thing! I feel very safe and comfortable leaving my children in such capable hands...its the next best thing to "home", and I cant imagine my children being anywhere else for infant/toddler care and preschool! Thank you all so much!

The staff is friendly - my daughter is learning a lot and enjoys going there.
