Youre car will be worth less with a paint job from this place than if you leave it as is. I took my car there about 8 months ago. I wasnt expecting much, but this placed managed to completely fall even my low, low expectations. For one, it took them three days to finish the job when I was told one day. Thats two more days of paying for a rental and more expenses added on. When I got the car back I didnt have time to inspect it right there and then. For one, they painted all over the plastics and rubber and everything else that is supposed to be taped. The most inept, idiotic human being couldve done a better tape job than what my car got. The paint itself looks really rough and was done poorly without being sandpapered correctly. Recently I took my car to get appraised and they took off $1500 dollars just for the "worst paint job Ive ever seen." Another persona interested in the car didnt buy it because of the paint job. These incompetent clowns ruined my car and they will ruin yours. Avoid this place like the plague.

Worst experience ever, Damage to the side of a van. they gave us an estimate with the wrong part number on it. (called ford myself to double check) So they ordered the wrong part. Then told us the had to order a different door with windows cut out in it, They failed to notice we had custom windows and wanted us to pay more for the "factory" windows. They tried to fit our custom windows in instead. there is a gap between the window and the cutout so lord help us when it rains.... and to top it off they blamed everything on us! Made us pay for the job to get the van back! looks horrible. My advice stay away from any business that lies straight to your face, never ever going to another maaco again. And i suggest you do the same. OH and i forgot to mention... it took 2 1/2 weeks to get a job done! and not even properly!

Dont waste your time or money. Customer service is at an all time low here. I was a burden not a customer. Was talked down to and told what i want was out of my price range after i had said price wasnt an issue. They didnt want the job and it showed. They didnt even finish the estimate consultation and the representative walked away mid sentence as if to say I was done here. At the end i was given an estimate slightly under double that of any other competitor price, the only estimate i received higher than this was only two hundred more and for a complete body restoration. I could afford it but why give them the chance to rip me off.

Richard and his team are fantastic! First of all, skill-wise, they are there. For the price we were getting, they did an excellent job detailing the paint and making sure there are no uneven spots. All scratches were covered and the paint job quality is right where it should be. Customer service-wise, they are even better! They are very accommodating. When we asked for a specific finish time, they always accommodate! I will definitely recommend this Maaco to everyone.

I was hoping to receive professional work but it was garbage at best. The material they used was very cheap and looks opaque and runny. In other words, when you look at the section that was "fixed," it becomes very apparent that some lousy job was done to try and cover up the damage. In my case, it was a door on a 2006 civic. I paid over 600 to have the damaged fixed but I believe it will cost me double to fix the work they did. I cannot recommend this place at all.

I went to One Day Paint after shopping around at paint and body centers in the area. Another body shop across the street wanted to charge me almost $500 dollars for a 5inch by 5 inch scratch. I went to this body shop and they gave me a quote of about $250 everything done and complete with a warranty. Sales Reps were knowledgeable and professional. I would suggest this place to anyone who wants to get quality work done on their car.

Customer service was okay... But the job that they did I was not happy at all. Was not expecting a amazing job for $1,000.00 but one day paint and body did a way better job then they did on my Toyota and half the cost.I own a landscape company and have had over 20 work trucks painted and must say this was the worst one yet. Will be getting it repainted! would n to recommend at all...

I had my car painted at this Macco at the Glendale location about two weeks ago. Richard help me pick the right paint job he was very helpful, courteous and professional. The paint job came out great and he spend extra time on detailing some minor stuff. I will definitely work with Richard again on future paint jobs.

The paint job was done beautifully. They finished the job in 3 days and they had to fix the mirror and side. Someone hit my car. Everything was great except the mirror wasnt connected electrically. I took it back, they fixed the problem and couldnt be happier. I even had them clean my head lights. Looks like new.

Before you paid every body its your friend but when you go to pick up your car they charged you first before you see the results after that they said that there are not responsible for that.
