When I discovered water damage from a water heater leak ABT came out that day and gave me an estimate. They replaced the water heater, but with a model that was short, not tall, so it barely fits in the closet. It has a power vent which is gouging into my sheetrock and the dial is facing the corner of the door frame so I cannot read the dial at all. The new water heater was installed on the old, leaking drain pan. An hour after the technician left he returned to tell me that he did not think there was enough clearance where the power vent touches the wall and that it was not safe, so he shut off the gas and said he would be back the next day to install a tankless water heater at his expense. I took a second day off from work, but he showed up that morning only to tell me that he had discussed the situation with his company and their opinion was that it was safe as installed. I told him I was not happy with the way it was installed. I also called Suburban Propane for a safety check to make sure there was no gas leaks. The owner then called and said he would do whatever it took to make me happy. I said at the very least I would want a proper drain pan installed. He said he would have a custom pan made and even arranged to have the water heater removed while the flooring was repaired and reinstalled after it was completed in the same day. Unfortunately, the pan was just a round rubber pan which does not fit the water heater so when it fails it will most likely once again damage the flooring. The technician also rerouted the pipe for the pressure relief valve which was initially above the valve and cut a hole in the new flooring with no caulking, so I now have a nice crawl space for spiders. He also cut a hole in the crawl space screen in order to vent the drain pipe for the pan. A couple of weeks after this when the rest of the floor was installed, the repairmen smelled gas coming from the hot water heater. I again called Suburban Propane and they found that gas was leaking from both ends of the connector between the water heater and gas line because the bolts had not been tightened properly, probably due to the tight fit which makes it difficult to work around the heater at all. I paid $2500 for this service and still do not feel safe.

I have had the pleasure of using ABT Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Air Conditioning on several occasions. I know when you think of using a plumber, pleasure isnt always the first word that comes to mind. However, if you need the help and are going to spend the money, you cant beat their service! The technicians show up and present you with their business card. They place paper booties over their shoes. THEN then come in when invited. They quickly assess the problem and provide you a quote on the spot. No guess work. No "It may be around this much, but not sure, depend on how long it takes us." Its just "Heres how much it is." They quickly perform their work and CLEAN UP. I highly recommend ABT and I will certainly use them for any of my plumbing needs.

These guys are great! I was not expecting someone to be able to come out the next day but they did, gave me a 2 instead of a 4 hour window and came right at the start of it like they said they likely would. The technician was very nice, knowledgeable, and let me know what the costs would be exactly so that there would be no misunderstandings, and charged a very reasonable price compared to other electricians I had called in the area. The woman who scheduled the appointment on the phone was also very professional and efficient. Id highly recommend these electricians (cant speak for the other services yet, but I will be calling them for my plumbing and AC needs in the future!)

I have only been in my house 3 weeks and had to call a plumber twice. I called one of the companies and it was 2 days before he called back missed him called again and never got a call back, A friend told me about ABT and they were at my house within a day knew the problem, fixed it efficiently, were very courteous. I had an emergency a pipe broke on Sunday. I called and within 15 minutes had a return call and ABT was here within the hr. Evaluated situation told me fee and what he needed to do and within a couple of hrs reapair was done. I would call them first. Did a great job.

ABT has very prompt service. I called for service and they were there within 1-1/2 hours. Brandon was awesome, very personable, very knowledgeable. He detected the problem within seconds and had a plan for repair. I like the way he explained what needed to be repaired, why and how in laymans terms so I understood exactly. After he replaced the garbage disposal and new faucet cartridge he explained proper usage of the disposal. I appreciate that so when used properly it will last longer. Will call ABT for service again when any needs arise. THEY ROCK!.

Called the office @ 7am, Dan was here 9:30, earlier than expected. The job turned out to be a large one, not an easy repair as I was hoping. Together Dan and I added nearly 50 ft of new water line from meter to the house. We hand dug a trench, laid the new pipe, and back filled in about 5 hours. Dan was very pleasant and easy to work with. His workmanship seemed excellent and was performed very timely. Great Job Dan, will use this company again, and I will ask for Dan Doug

Wriggly Fields

Kevin wanted to charge me $875 to hook up the line set for a mini-split ductless AC. This was to run the line-set 9 feet, connect the line-set and test the vacuum. This would not possibly take more than 4 hours including the vacuum test. When I said the price was outrageous, his reply was, "Well, were not the cheapest in town." Quite the understatement for charging over $200 an hour. My advice is to find someone else, anyone else, for your AC needs.
