Went in on Saturday at 10:30 with my 6 year old to get him a cut. 2 people ahead of us and 3 getting cuts. No greeting when we got there, no one told us a wait time, no one said how many appointments. We figured we would wait and should be third in line....,, NOT the case! 2 people came and went ahead before us and AGAIN! no mention of where we were in line. I understand making an appointment should eliminate the wait, but does not excuse the lack of communication.
